Grey nodded, "Yes....." And opened up a white portal, taking her through with him. They landed in a field, with an endless sky before their eyes. There were massive expansions of land elsewhere, ones that seemed to be thriving with life. On the highest pieces of land, the massive beasts once thought extinct flew through the air, dragons of ancient times, who came to rest in this hidden place. He took Nijuu's hand, and led her through the field, "What do you think?"

Nijuu stared at this wonderful place, with an expression of awe. "I didn't even know such a place existed." She spoke. "I can feel the life of this place radiating through me." She looked at Grey. "I can feel the earth, and all the spirits here...it's like a wonderful dance." She beamed with a smile on her pale features.

Grey walked up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist, "Why do you think I brought you here. I knew this would clear you mind.....I knew this place, would stir your emotions. The life, the sights, the amazing view. And, experiencing all of this, with someone you love."

Ezekiel just looked to Inferno and said, "You are a jinx......." then looked to the newcomer, "your blood speaks volumes, I'm going to the other room." And with that Ezekiel stepped out of the room.

Nijuu held Grey's arms in place, and smiled. "I'm glad you brought me here." She spoke softly, as she looked over her shoulder to Grey. "So, what are we going to do first?" She asked.

Grey kissed Nijuu on the back of the neck once again, "I was thinking, maybe we could just walk around for a bit, relax, take in the sights......clear out heads......" He rocked her in his arms, "This is your time to recover my dear, but it also our time to be alone.....finally.....we are alone.....away from the worries of the world.....if not for a little bit of time......."

Inferno rolled his eyes.
"For someone that's emotionless, you really have a thing for drama."

Mordial looked utterly perplexed, but looked at Inferno.
"So... Can I stay here? Please?"
"For how long?"
"...Not too sure..."
"What kind of answer is that?"
"Can I ask you when you're different?"
"Different? What the hell are you going on about-?"

Mordial raised his hand, palm open, and shook it like he was holding a snowglobe. A blue pulse emerged from his hand, and swelled to a dome that encompassed the whole mansion.
"Alterbeaste."

Mawthrough suddenly fell over, and nearly banged his nose.
What the-? Wait, I was asleep a second ago.
What the-

Chastity felt her chest become lighter, but her waist become a lot heavier, causing her to stir in her sleep.

Inferno, by contrast, was suddenly asleep.

Ezekiel suddenly found himself back in the room he'd just left, holding a sword that was far too big, looking at Inferno who was lying flat on his face.

And finally...
"Now THIS is a nice sword! You've come far in the world, Ezekiel. True Death, holy moley!"
Ezekiel saw himself walk out of the room he remembered entering, holding True Death and examining the blade.
"Very nice..."

Mawthrough sprang to his feet, and the first thing he noticed was that his wings felt bigger than usual. Then he realized he felt older. Then he looked in a mirror
Inferno's stunned face stared back.

"Hi! Can I stay here?"

His yell of alarm echoed through the mansion, waking Chastity up...

Darkion looked up at the monster of his design.
"You feel anger. You feel hate. You feel hunger."
He closed his eyes.
"It's only a matter of time before loneliness sets in. Only a matter of time..."

Ezekiel closed his eyes, and reabsorbed True Death, "You do not want to mess around with me child. I have patience, but not enough for you." A black aura began to surround him, his slayer ability reacting to the presence of this magic.

Nijuu's smile grew, as she held Grey's arms around her waist. "Any amount of time is more than enough." She whispered softly. She looked up at the sky, and smiled. "Remember our night under the stars?" She asked.

Mordial laughed.
"Neat trick. But slayer abilities? Really? I thought a grand old archangel such as yourself above such a stuffy old power set," he said, being overly pompous and stuffy about the way he phrased it as he swaggered around the room, still in Ezekiel's body.
"I can feel them, too. You may own the power, but this body's seen a lot of use of it." He sounded fascinated.
"Fascinating..."

He then looked over to Mawthrough, in Inferno's body.
"Well, hello there. You're the new owner of the house."

Mawthrough tried to find questions, gave up,and rolled with it.
"This is Inferno's body. I guess so. And... who might you be?"

"Mordial. Archangel of change. Inferno is creation, Ezekiel is death... I am change. Change of color, change of scenery, change of heart..."
He winked.
"Change of mind..."

Mawthrough checked out his new body.
Old. And not as gifted in the good parts as he was. But the power in this form was almost too good to be true.
"This is a lot of power."

Mordial rapped him on the head with Ezekiel's knuckle.
"Not yours!" he chided.
He looked back at himself/Ezekiel, noting the power Ezekiel was radiating.

"That looks really good on me..."

Inferno opened his eyes.
"Why was I asleep?" he growled in his usual way. Then he realized his voice sounded a lot more... feminine than usual.
"What the-"
He also became aware that he was lying on Mawthrough's chest, and instantly got up, disgusted.
"Why you little-"
Then he looked down at himself.
And saw he had little perky breasts.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-!"

Mordial looked up.
"And there we go!"

Shrike rested in a warm bath with Amalia, holding her close, "I'm speechless."

Ezekiel let his power pulse throughout the home, putting them all on the level of mortals for the time being, "I am done being played around with fool."

Nijuu turned in Grey's arms. "I do too. While we were staring at the stars, I couldn't help but to steal glances at you, with a smile on your face." She smiled, then rested her head on his shoulder, looking up at him.

"That makes two of us." Amalia replied, as she drew her hand across the water's surface. "You know, sometimes it's hard not to freeze water as soon as I touch it...but for some reason, with most of my energy depleted, it's nice to have a bath and not get stuck in frozen water."

Mordial wasn't trying to be a dick, but he was completely unable to resist a good joke.
"How about... no, you're not? Lifluente!"

Ezekiel's power suddenly vanished, and in it's place came a kind of hunger, a terrible restlessness demanding satisfaction in gratification.
At the same time, Mawthrough in Inferno's body stopped breathing for a second.
"It's gone. It's -"
Then his eyes widened and he clutched his head.
"Oh ow. OW OW OW OW OW. So cold. So...cold..."
Ezekiel's slayer abilities suddenly wildly radiated out from Mawthrough in Inferno's body, and the air became freezing cold.

Mordial raised an eyebrow.
"Hang on, trying to keep track here. So... Ezekiel's powers, with Inferno's body. And Ezekiel has the kid's power, in my body."
He paused.
"Great, now my head hurts too."
He stroked his, formerly Ezekiel's, chin. "All very perplexing. How about you stop being a misery-guts and lighten up? Oh, and I'd do it soon because if I were you I'd want my body back ASAP. To be honest with you, this is all just a test-run. Seeing if my powers still work and stuff."

Inferno managed to work out what had happened.
"Sweet Lord, I'm a GIRL!"
He leapt to his feet, and saw Chastity in Mawthrough's body in the same distress.
"Wait, that's Chastity?"
Another pause.
"...MORDIAL!!!!"

"I'm in trouble..."

Mawthrough had his hands to his temples, trying with all his might to control the temperature back to bearable.

Chastity's body, piloted by a pissed-off Inferno, hurtled down the stairs and attempted to body-slam Mordial - the only problem being he was unaware Mordial was in Ezekiel's body and not his own.
As a result, Ezekiel now found himself being attacked by both an incredible sensual hunger and Chastity's fists.

"I think this has gone on far enough," Mordial said stiffly in Ezekiel's body, clearly having a laugh at Ezekiel's manner of talking.
"I am the Angel of Death........ I should destroy you...... I have no time to waste.......... on fools........."

Darkion then hit the monster in the face, knocking it backwards.
"That is quite enough."
He looked at Rein. "Sorry about the disturbance."
Apology made, he returned his gaze to the beast.
"I have answered your questions. Anything else?"

Shrike smiled, "Well then we need to make this a tradition before we bathe from now on."

Grey gazed into Nijuu's eyes, and could only feel enchanted by them, "You make my heart stir.....with every gaze you give me........." He nuzzled her, "I love you....so very much....."

Ezekiel stood still, "Always a child, always the fool. You are as meaningless now, as the day of your creation."

Amalia rested her head on Shrike's chest and smiled. "I'd like that very much."

Nijuu wrapped her arms around Grey. "I love you with every fiber of my being....my heart, my body...my soul...are all yours." She whispered, as she kissed Grey's forehead.

Grey held her in his arms, "I don't think I can top that my dear...heheheee......."

Shrike placed his hand on her head, and held her close to his heart, "Should make for a great workout I think, might me stop being such a lazy bones, eh?"
