"LITTLE?!" Tynan roared, as he turned back to the stranger.
It was at this point that Nijuu stepped out from behind Tynan, the mark on her neck beginning to glow softly. "I apologize, I do not mean to interject in...well...whatever it is you're instigating with Tynan-"
"Instigating?!" Cereza raised her brow, as she folded her arms, then looked at Tynan. She could smell this woman's scent all over Tynan...it was almost a part of him, as the scent of the pack once was a part of him. She glared at Tynan, then glared at the woman. "I see what's going on here...even if you do not." She stated in an icy tone. "And you're both fools."

Kye pointed, to Cereza, "Was talking about the witless dire pup, not you lad........."

Tynan seemed to calm himself, as he grabbed Nijuu's wrist. "Let's go." He instructed, as he gently tugged on her wrist.
Nijuu looked at Tynan, then back at Cereza, as Tynan had tugged on her wrist, and gently pulled her away. "Oh? Okay?...but we really need to..."
"It can wait for now." Tynan interrupted Nijuu, as he pulled her away.

Kye walked forward, and positioned himself so that Cereza couldn't go for Tynan or Nijuu without going through him, "Now little firess of a wolf, are you going to leave the happy couple alone, it seems you've gotta search elsewhere for a flame pup hybrid........."

Cereza growled lowly, as she began to pace the floor. "It would seem so." She said in a frustrated tone.

Kye chuckled, "Well, if you get desperate, bring them back a hellhound hybrid, they're just as strong.........and they might even obey you, since you seem to expect that....hehehhee...." He purposely turned his back to her.

Grey looked over to Serenity and smiled, "Well my dear, real soon, I'm gonna have a good heart again my dear........."

Cereza folded her arms, the displeased expression still written across her face. "It would have been better to continue thinking he was dead." She stated coldly, as she turned slightly. "He lost to us now anyway."

Nijuu followed, as Tynan continued to pull her away from the training hall. Finally, she stopped and pulled her wrist from Tynan's grasp. "I get that you're mad; but you really don't need to take it out on my wrist."
Tynan stopped, and bowed his head slightly. "I apologize." He said in a low tone.
Nijuu placed her hand on Tynan's back. "There's no need to apologize."

It seemed everything was alright, so Mawthrough simply scooped up Chastity in his arms, as was his way, and flew out of the castle in the vague direction he remembered Inferno's mansion being in.

In his mansion, Inferno was sat on his throne, watching the conflicts as they transpired. His eyes were on his daughter the entire time, and the mansion was shaking with the force of his anger that the incubus who would always be a demonic gigolo, prince of hell or not, would let her get cut at all. So as a result, if the incubus came in, he would annihilate him.

Then he thought of Chastity's reaction, and his mood softened a little. He would never do anything to hurt his daughter, not willingly. He didn't know why they were coming - possibly to enlist his help against the threat Genesis posed - but then why did the incubus have to come? Something didn't add up.

So, he decided to do a little test.

He spoke directly into Mawthrough's head, causing him to stop sharply in midair.

Put my daughter on the ground. I've got a little challenge for you...

He gently lowered Chastity in the middle of the forest, then wordlessly flew up again to have the conversation.

Do we have to have challenges? Seriously-

Shut up. Obey my next sentence. If you don't, I'll make sure you never see Chastity again.

You wouldn't dare.

...

Fine. I swear on my love for her I will do whatever your next sentence commands me to.

He gave the command.

Then burst out laughing as Mawthrough tumbled straight to the earth, wings gone, horns vanished too.

"CATCH ME!" Mawthrough yelled to her as he fell...

chastity allowed her wings to appear and took to the air quickly grabbing ahold of maw
"what just happened?"

Grey held his still burning chest, "Ezekiel removed the restrictions, my heart is gonna return to normal.....my body.......it'll be healthy......and........I guess I won't have to worry about my heart stopping anymore........" He walked forward after sitting up, and picked Serenity up into his arms, hugging her lovingly, "Isn't that great?"

Mawthrough winced.
"I. Hate. Your father."

He found himself enjoying the comfort of her arms, and automatically cuddled into them, nuzzling her neck, and even kissing it.
Then he pulled back, his face turning white.

"Put me down. PUT ME DOWN PUT ME DOWN PUT ME DOWN!" he shouted, trying to put himself as little in contact with her as possible...

she did as he asked and put him down
"what did he do, whats wrong?"

serenity hugged him back with a smile on her face
"yes that is wonderful news"

Grey gives his wife a gentle kiss on the brow. "I know.......now I'll be able to protect you without my heart failing......and.....beat Genesis before he can kill anymore of our loved ones......"

He staggered back, away from her, hands slapping at his skin.
Then he looked up at her, and his eyes were human.

"He told me that if I didn't give up all my power from now until we met him again, he'd take you away from me for good regardless of what you wanted. But now... I see his game, he wants to make me suffer again."

He reached out to touch her face, to stroke her cheek - when the heat coming off her body forced his hand back.
"I can't touch you..."

"i am glad that you will have a good heart and be able to protect me but i still dont want you to worry about me, i can also protect myself as well"
she hugged him

chastity looked up at her father hearing the news with anger
"why father, why could you just let me be happy, let me be with him, why are you doing this to us?"
she took to the sky once again
"why did you take away his powers?"

Grey nodded, taking her hand with his, their fingers meeting with one another, "I know my dear, that's why I'm going to trust you with bringing down Caelestis.......alongside the others, I'm going after Genesis......I'm going to hide my new conditioning......try to catch him off guard.........this is going to be a battle for the heavy hitters......can't have Livia or my other siblings getting involved.........not this time.....I can't risk them........"

Nijuu folded her arms and leaned against the wall, looking at Tynan, whom was pacing in front of her. Though she could understand his restlessness, the pacing made her feel disquiet. "Tynan.." she said in a low tone.
Tynan halted his pacing and looked at Nijuu, noting her disquiet expression on her pale face. "Yes?" He asked.
Nijuu looked back at the training hall, then back to Tynan. "We still need to-"
"I know." Tynan interrupted Nijuu. "But I'm not going back in there as long as that 'thing' is in there."
Nijuu unfolded her arms and pushed herself off the wall. "I understand."

serenity smiled
"and i will fight as hard as i can to bring Caelestis down my love"


chastity looked down at mawthrough then up at her father
"your just telling me this cause you dont want me to be with him, you have always wanted me to be with someone who is an archangel, and when i find someone who isnt you try to take that away from me, take my happiness away"
she flew back away from her father
"to told him to give up his powers or he couldnt be with me, give them back to him"

Grey nodded, "I trust you can.....Genesis made her....he made her kill Occidio....and I could do nothing to stop it..........." He looked away at the floor, "Occidio's soul was shattered......its gone.........."

He stopped in mid air.
"WHAT. DID YOU JUST SAY!?"

The air around them caught on fire, and he whirled, divine flame ripping around them.

"I, FORBID THIS! THE PAIR OF YOU, TOGETHER, THAT WAS BAD ENOUGH - BUT - BUT MARRIAGE!? I'LL KILL HIM FIRST!"

He hurtled down towards Mawthrough, summoning a flaming sword to run him through.

Mawthrough pulled out Regret and fired at the attacking archangel multiple times, but to no effect.
"COME ON THEN, YOU POMPOUS OLD IDIOT!"

"I SLAUGHTERED YOUR FATHER, AND I'LL SLAUGHTER YOU TOO, YOU SEDUCING DEMON SPAWN!" Inferno roared - and Mawthrough's eyes widened, so much he dropped his gun.

"W-what..?" he whispered, staggering back - then Inferno slammed him into the floor, and drew back the blade to strike...
