Grey smiled, resting his head on her shoulder, "Of course my dear, your a master at taking it........." He was starting to drift asleep, his energy nearly spent, "Who's beautiful in ever way, from head to toe......" He kissed her again, though this time, it was a very calm, and gentle kiss.

Mawthrough stepped closer.
"An offer I cannot refuse."
He looked into her eyes, holding her gaze.
"Whenever you're ready."

OOT: Ten pages, for one love scene, is a bit much. In future, can you two try and rein in your libido? (Rich coming from me, but still... TEN PAGES!?)

Chastity reached out and wrapped her arms around him.
"T-thank you mawthrough"
the tears continued to stream down her face as she leaned in and kissed him passionately. This would be the last time she would kiss him, feel his lips upon hers, taste him. She pushed herself closer to him pushing him back against the arm of the couch holding him tighter. another tear.

OOT: people waking up to that many pages posted in one night does cause an uproar and is the main reason why people leave the threads . just FYI for future references. we are not trying to be rude about it but its a bit much for everyone to wake up to a bunch of pages (especially with 1-2 sentence posts). Everyone has to go back through all those posts to find the replies to them and that can be a bit frustrating. 1-2 pages is ok but several pages with just 2 people causes an uproar that i have to handle. If you want to do multiple short replies feel free to use the chat box in the future . not saying you cant reply to the threads just try not to have soo many pages in one night

Zenith got a bit of the glimmer back in her eyes and took off. She soon drifted into a trance to protect her mind as she flew towards her destination. She landed at the face of the Academy the next morning and looked around for anybody else.

Sitting outside of the academy was Shrike, holding himself up with what appeared to be a simple, metal rod. Looking into the distance, he saw a new arrival at the academy, but didn't say anything. He wasn't really part of the group that welcomed people to the academy. He was just a teacher.

Mawthrough's eyes closed and he sank into the kiss.
When it broke, he looked at her.
"I've never tasted anyone like you before..." he said softly. But he said nothing more, and looked at her with the air of someone helpless.
"I wish I could understand the need to change for you. But I don't, right now. I'm sorry."

Mawthrough looked at her out of the window, and saw her shed her tears and fly away.
When she'd kissed him, she'd left a solitary tear on his face. He touched it, lifted it to the light, examined it. It seemed to glow from within, like the light of a star reflected back from the surface of a lake.

"I'm going for a walk."
He stepped outside, walked to the spot she'd flown away from. He looked at the ground that was spattered with teardrops, and knew instinctively that he was seeing a very rare and saddening thing.
His feet took over and he started walking, his feet carrying him in the same direction she had flown.

Inferno and Ezekiel had made it back to Inferno's place, and Inferno had just finished seeing off the last angel Mawthrough had given a good battering.
"Bloody hoodlum..." he grumbled to Ezekiel, as he reached a chair and finally slumped.
"I hope he shows his face to me again, without hiding behind my daughter's petticoats..."

Ezekiel simply sat down on the floor, and said, "If I go to test him, he cannot hide behind her. Numbers means nothing, the better swordsman is the winner when i fight, you know this Inferno. Your power is best for slaying demons, fighting against your own blood on the other hand......"

Ezekiel didn't say a word, he simply sat on the floor, his sword in hand, looking at the two of them. He was suppressing his icy presence at this time, not saying a word.

Ezekiel jammed his sword slightly into the floor, causing just enough moisture to enter the air, in order to douse the flame, "Arguing, and threatening one another will not help Chastity, nor will it help you to enforce your will upon  your daughter brother.  I recommend you give the demon back his memory, on the condition that he be tested, if he passes, he lives, if he doesn't, he dies, does that not sound fair?"

Zenith approached the strangely perched man.
"Oi." It was solid, but it didn't have her usual flare. She took a deep breath and stood tall. "I want to be trained. Any openings in the Academy?"
"Oh, yes, nicely put." Solstice messaged her sarcastically. "If I could elbow you, I would SO do it right now."

Ezekiel sighed, as his slayer presence began to envelope the room, "I'll leave you to your squabbling then, though I'd like you to know, I defended your choice, and that of your demon."  He then went back to being quiet.

Shrike shrugged, "Plenty of openings, I'm not in the mood to give anyone the grand tour today though, or....any day really...I'm a bit tired and whatnot."

Zenith was thrown off by the man's nonchalantness.
"Eh, care to point me to someone who can?!" She asked, irritated.
Solstice slow clapped in Zenith's mind.
"Oh, you're the best at making first impressions."
I had a bit of a long day, Solstice! Zenith snapped back.
Solstice shut her figurative mouth.

Shrike sat down, and closed his eyes, "I'd recommend going inside and finding Marcus, look for the giant golden haired man......" He had fallen asleep with great ease.

Zenith reached out to say something, but her hand went limp when she saw he was sleeping. She chuckled to herself and headed inside in search of a giant with golden hair.
"Anybody know where Marcus is?!" She called.

Grey awoke in his bed, Nijuu still resting peacefully against his chest.  He gave her a kiss behind the ear, and said, "Good morning," in as sweet of voice as possible.

Marcus was marching around the halls of the academy, his nerves on edge after the day before.

Nijuu stirred slightly, and looked at Grey. "We don't have to get out of bed; do we?" She asked.

Grey kept his head resting on her shoulder, and replied, "No, we can stay in bed all day if you want to." He lifted her up above him, so that she was looking down at him, and kissed her softly, "Would you like that?"

Nijuu smiled softly. "As much as I would love to stay in bed all day with you...you know we can't." She said, as she kissed Grey gently. "I still have to do more work on healing your damaged soul." She added.
