Shrike used his staff to help survey the room, and held it up when he found what appeared to be her undergarments, hanging on the end of his weapon, "Hey, we're halfway there."

A group of armored reapers approached the gates of the academy.

Marcus looked to his student and handed her the datapad, "Somethings wrong, I have to go seek out the problem, stay right here!!!" As he ran off.

Amalia smiled, as she retrieved her undergarments. "Yes...so long as we don't get excited again." She said, as she put them on.

Nijuu had fallen asleep on Grey's chest, the sound of his heartbeat was calming to her. She smiled gently, as she dreamed.
Nijuu, standing in a field of the same type of flower imprinted on her neck, looked around, knowing that her mother wanted to speak to her.
"My darling daughter." Nijuu's mother spoke, as she appeared in front of her, her long white hair blowing gently in the breeze. "This is the last time I'll be able to contact you like this for a while. I assume you know why." She said, as she walked towards Nijuu and placed her hand on her belly. "I'm so sorry, I wasn't there for you when you needed me the most." She spoke softly, as she looked into Nijuu's blue eyes. "Darkness has touched your heart, and as much as I'd like to say that it will no longer be in your life-"
"I know." Nijuu interrupted, and looked away from her mother, knowing who she was talking about. "I'd really rather not talk about him." She added.
Nijuu's mother nodded her head. "I just came here to tell you what to expect in the following months."
"What to expect?!" Nijuu looked at her mother with a puzzled expression. "What do you mean?"
"Well, for one, the spirit form that you mastered while with me, you won't be able to access it, as well as your staff." Nijuu's mother said, as she turned around. "Over the next month or so, you'll feel weaker, and you won't be able to feel the pressence of spirits around you."
Nijuu looked to the flowers on the ground, as the puzzled expression fell from her face. "I'm worried mother." She spoke softly.
Nijuu's mother placed her hand on her shoulder. "You need to tell Grey." She told her. "The longer you wait, the harder it will be." As she said this, she slowly vanished, along with the field of flowers.
Nijuu took a deep breath. "I know." She whispered to herself, then suddenly, Genesis appeared before her.
Nijuu sat right up with a fearful expression on her face, gasping for breath. "No...." she whispered.

Grey had been awake for nearly an hour, and as he felt Nijuu shake, and awaken, he simply held her close, "Nijuu......." He said faintly, fearing her fear.

Shrike rose an eyebrow, "You know, I wasn't thinking about that before......but I am now......"

Nijuu turned around and hugged Grey close to her, closing her eyes tightly.

Amalia tilted her head slightly, and smiled deviously. "Well, we could...but, after we get something to eat." She said, as she walked towards Shrike and poked his nose.

Shrike was going to respond, but the door to their room was knocked down by a group of reapers, each fully armored. Tilting his head, Shrike asked, "And what, might I ask, are you gents doing here?"

Without speaking, one sped forward, and sent its fist into Shrike's skull, knocking him out cold, piercing right through his adaptive armor. A moment later, they covered him in a cloak, and picked him up.

Grey didn't say a word, he merely held her close to himself.

Angry, Amalia grabbed Frost. "And where do you think you're going with Shrike?" She demanded, holding Frost's sheathed blade towards the reapers.

Nijuu looked up at Grey. "My mother came to me in my dream, to tell me that she won't be able to talk to me for sometime." She rested her hand on Grey's face. "She apologized to me, for not being there for me when I needed her to be, and she seemed hurt that darkness had touched me." She looked away from Grey at this point. "I-I have something to tell you...and I'm afraid..."

Grey looked her in the eyes, "What is it love?"

The reapers looked to Amalia, "Your fling with the Grimm is over, now it is time to wipe away these feelings he has, for when the Grimm places one life, over another, he is no longer the Grimm. Perhaps another year in hell will do him well."

Nijuu sat on the ground in front of Grey, and looked at the grass. "I-I don't know how to say this...but..." she paused for a moment, now noticing that the spirits she had felt when she and Grey arrived, she could no longer feel their presence. She sighed softly, then looked at Grey. "My...my mother said..." she looked away from Grey again, "...she said...I was...with child..." she spoke softly.

Amalia's eyes seemed to flash with rage. "How is he putting my life above anyone elses?" She demanded. "I'm more than capable of taking care of my own life." She rushed forward, crashing into one of the reapers, sending them out of the room and into the wall in the hallway. "You are not taking him anywhere!" she growled, as her eyes held its rage.

The reapers looked to her, "It doesn't matter, he'd upset the balance to keep you safe, that's what makes love dangerous for a Grimm."

Grey placed his hand on her belly, "So we're going to have a child?"

Nijuu looked at Grey, thinking he might have had a different reaction. "Well, I don't know for sure." She replied, as she placed her hand on his. "Though, I can't feel the presence of the spirits here any longer.." her voice trailed off slightly.

Amalia growled lowly, and glared at the other reapers. "How?" She demanded. "How did he keep me safe?"

The reapers looked to Amalia as they walked out of the room, "You dragon-kin, that is what you do not understand, the future is more important, than the present, and you think only of the present, we think of what can happen now."

Grey motioned his hand around her stomach, hoping it would comfort her, "Its common in humanoids, that they're powers enters into a bit of disarray........when they are pregnant......or going through puberty....since your an adult........" He nuzzled her.

Amalia, now full of rage, roared so loudly, it shook the very building. "YOU AREN'T TAKING HIM ANYWHERE!!!" She roared, as she charged the reapers. She grabbed one by their neck, and threw them against the wall behind her, like he was a rag doll. At this point, her body began to radiate cold, as every step she took, left ice under her feet. She then knocked another reaper, against the other wall, with a still sheathed Frost.

Nijuu smiled warmly, as Grey nuzzled her. "I have to be honest, love..I wasn't expecting this reaction.." she whispered softly. "I thought...well...I thought you'd be more....well....stunned."

Grey nuzzled Nijuu some more, "I told you before, if you were to be with child, that I would support you every step of the way.......and that's what I'm going to do.......because I love you......."

The armored reapers she hit were instantly on her, their scythes to her throat, "You think we are mere servants girl, we have guarded the Grimm since he first arose, you have no say in his future, you have no right!!!" The reaper carrying Shrike had just stepped out of the academy, when he vanished into the shadows with the master reaper.

Nijuu wrapped her arms around him. "I love you too, Grey." She whispered, holding him close to her. "I'm so happy, love."

Amalia's vision suddenly tunneled, upon seeing Shrike being taken away from her. She growled lowly, sounds more and more like a dragon would, and grabbed the scythe at her throat...its blade freezing under her touch. Suddenly, from her posterior, grew a long, white scaled, dragon's tail. Her wings popped from where they had been resting, knocking the reapers back. She turned around, striking one across the head, as she charged another. She grabbed their neck, as she snarled, preparing to breath a plume of ice and frost. She gripped Frost tightly in her right hand. "BRING HIM BACK, OR DIE!!!!"

The reaper took hold of her throat, and began to drain her energy, "I'm already dead......." As he spoke, he removed his hood, showing a skeletal face. A moment later, the flat end of his scythe smacked her.

Grey cuddled with Nijuu, "You'll be a wonderful mother my dear........" He kissed her neck.

Nijuu held Grey in her arms. "And you'll be a wonderful father, my love." She spoke softly.

Amalia grunted lowly, as she was struck by the scythe; however, this did little to dissuade her. "Then I'll settle for shattering every single one of your bones!!!" She roared, shaking the building once again. She then set Frost on the floor beside her, and gripped its sheath. 'No.' She thought to herself. 'There are other people here.' She removed her hand from Frost's sheath, and charged the reapers, with a sheathed Frost in hand.

Grey nuzzled her, "You really think so?" His eyes were closed, and he put his bare inner thigh up against hers.

The two reapers held up their scythes, and slowly approached the academy's exit, "Miss, your fight is pointless, he is gone, and within the day, his mind will bear no memory of you......"

Nijuu smiled warmly. "Of course you will be an excellent father." She said, then kissed Grey passionately.

Amalia roared, and rushed to the academy's entrance, barring the reapers path. Her eyes filled with rage. She had dropped Frost in her haste to get to the entrance...but at this point, she would only be tempted to remove its sheath, and endanger the lives of the students in the academy...instead, she focused her breath, and breathed ice and frost on the floor, freezing the reapers to the floor.

Chastity heard Mawthrough yelling and looked over at him
"So if im back in my body then who is..."
she realized the only person that would react that way would be her father a look of terror upon her face

Rein smirked
"How can i turn down fun?"
she paused for a moment
" I'm definitely in"

Mordial grinned. "I'm that uncle you never hear about. The creepy, immature one."
A moment later, a sweep of his sword placed Inferno on Mawthrough's rounded tushie.
"OW. I'M GOING TO GET UP AND PUMMEL YOU."
A rap on the head.
"OW!!"

Mordial grinned at Inferno even more cheekily.
"Gonna stop?"
"GO DIE IN A FIRE!"

Mawthrough raised a hand.
"Could you not damage my body too much?"
Mordial laughed.
"No problem."
A moment later, all were back in their bodies.
Inferno was fuming, but made no comment.
Mawthrough was rubbing his head.
"Ow..."

"So," Mordial whispered in an aside to Chastity. "How come there's an incubus chilling in your house?"

Darkion smirked, and extended his hand for Rein to take.
"Then come with me, and we will wreak havoc."

The reapers rose up their cloaks, breaking the cold plume that hit them enough to remain standing, "The longer you fight, the more Shrike will suffer, do you realize this?"

Grey looked to her, "Never really found myself to have many of the qualities of a good parent."

Amalia continued to growl lowly. "I'd go to hell and back for Shrike."

Nijuu kissed Grey's forehead. "And that's what will make you a good parent." She whispered softly. "You're so loving, and attentive to me, I don't see why you won't be that way with your own child." Suddenly, Nijuu remembered something Genesis had said to her, this caused her to freeze, with a fearful expression on her face.

The reapers looked to her, and felt a bit of sympathy, "'By now girl, you would have to, to get your Shrike back......"

Grey saw the fear in her eyes, and recognized it instantly. He took her hands with his, and pressed his forehead against hers, "Genesis will not touch our family........I swear this to you........so please...no sad thoughts, not while we're here....."
