"You want to be free so badly?"
Maraud flicked a finger and her body was hers to command once again.
"There you go. So now what are you going to do?" He stood there, amused by her rage.

Cryth cocked his head.
"What's on your mind?"

The bed sighed.
"So old Rook's finally passed. Great guy. Listen, kid - I can take you to your momma. That what you want?"

Maraud gently licked her neck as he leaned back, avoiding her lunge, before elegantly lifting her from the ground and spinning her like a dancer until she stumbled away from him.
"Victoria, please. You may be more fed than I am, but there's far more to being a vampire than being chock full of blood. You're nowhere near powerful enough to face me. As it stands, I could make you tear your own head off and you would be powerless to stop me. So are you going to attack me once more or are you going to be a good girl for your master?"

The bed sighed.
"Take it from me - sometimes you have to do things you never thought yourself capable of to get what you want in this world. Old Rook told me to go only with your express permission - so yes or no?"

"Ooooh, severed head, could I keep the remains?"
The board got lower, moving towards the two.

"Well, that's another female gone as fast as I met her, you wanna go for a beer?"
Nejat landed on the ground fully, looking at the other person in a room.

"Any other time would be a yes, but I'm afraid this is too good an opportunity to pass up..."

A moment later, Maraud was herding them all into the arena, pushing them along.
"Come on, hop to it, quickly, quickly, and for the love of all things dark stand right... there. All of you, yep, right there."
The group were now standing to the right of the entrance to the arena - the one Victoria was rampaging towards.
"Long story, PMS, I'll explain when the time comes, go get them right now."
He pointed at the enemies, and his eyes flickered a sadistic red.
"Victoria? There's your buffet, and these fine people are your waiters. Go wild."

Cryth and Jokan moved forwards, and they began to work their powers in tandem. The baby riding the crocodile started shrieking and swaying, the largest demon struggled to fight off the ravenous vampire, and the others charged towards them. Cryth unleashed a mental bolt at them while Jokan yanked at their life forces, and they all staggered. Sauriel's path to the lich was clear.
However, the crocodile beast started advancing, unchecked now it was seperate from it's master, on Amelia...

Victoria wasn't phased by the thrashing from the demon, she just fed faster until the demon slowed, slowed and then dropped to the floor dead. Victoria stood up wiping her mouth satisfied with the blood from the demon but it wasn't enough
"More....I NEED MORE"
she turned towards the demons Cryth and Jokan had and launched herself onto one of them and dug her fangs into its neck


Semira stood for a moment 'how will I explain my daughter to him?' it took her a moment to realized what was going on around her. She blinked and then looked at Sauriel noticing he was going for the Lich and decided to help him knowing the others had the other demons under control. She walked up beside Sauriel and prepared to attack


Amelia stood quietly not knowing what to do ' i don't wanna fight, I don't wanna fight' suddenly the croc demon was heading towards her and she screamed
"I DON'T WANNA FIGHT"
she started running away from the demon
"BROTHER HELP ME!"

Throughout the proceeding events, Nejat followed the other male, chuckling lowly at the stupidity of these beings and their form of hunt for food.

All of a sudden, the demon chasing Amelia was squished by a figure she knew all too well.

"WHY DO WE KEEP RUNNING INTO EACH OTHER!?" the bed cried with exasperation as it deposited Nadia on the sandy arena floor. "Seriously, I know the phrase "small world" but this is RIDICULOUS!! Oh by the way, Nadia, your mom's the hot demon lady about to fight that lich thing."
It paused.
"Did I just step on something?" it asked Amelia.

The lich reached into it's pouch, and tossed a handful of what looked like rice onto the floor.
A moment later, each grain exploded into a skeletal warrior. With a gesture the forty-odd that had been summoned lurched forwards, each armed with old rusted blades, to attack.

Moloch looked like he was about to explode, and Maraud raised an eyebrow. "This just keeps getting more and more interesting... and where do you come from?" he asked Nej, deliberately ignoring the huge and livid demon lord.

"Oh, I'm a being of pure light, anywhere that there is light, I can be there."
He laughed loudly, looking at the person.
"You things entertain me highly." The disgust in his voice was clear as he said things, his voice souring as he said it.

Amelia squealed when the bed stomped on the demon startling her. She looked to see it was the bed that was carrying her earlier
"Oh thank heavens you are here"
she hugged the post on the bed
"And yes you did, you stepped on a demon that was chasing me thank you"
she smiled and left go of the bed


Nadia hopped off the bed and looked at the woman he said was her mother she pointed towards hr
"Thats my mother?"
she couldn't believe that she was
"But she looks soo young... are you sure that's her"


Victoria finished off another demon
"More...I need more"
then moved to another and started draining out all of its blood

"Demons don't age well, girlie. They mostly look the same."
Moloch released another wave of demons of varying size into the arena which charged towards them.
Tentacles scooped up Amelia and Nadia and placed them on the bed.
"Come on ladies."
The bed reared up like a horse about to charge. "Let's ride."

Cryth and Jokan were still dealing with the original powerful set, struggling to maintain their assault as the demons struggled on through their attacks. "HOW'S THAT LICH DOING!?" Cryth howled, desperate to turn and save Amelia.

Maraud simply smiled.
"That must be very good for you. Thank you for bringing my student to me."

The third and final wave of demons entered the arena and Cryth stared at the bed.
"You again."
Then he pointed, wearily, at the next wave, as he and Jokan were struggling to stand up from the over-use of their power. Cryth had a nosebleed and Jokan's hands looked like they were red raw.
"You that eager for opponents, angel boy? Go get em."

The bed started laying into them with it's tentacles, tossing them whither and thither, even having the bright idea of picking up an unaware Victoria and throwing her at them like a bloodthirsty grenade.
"Hey, demon milf, I've got your kid here! Just so you know..."

Moloch howled.
"WHAT THE ********** IS GOING ON!?" (Demons have very impressive swear words.)
Maraud only grinned. "My... er... late champions showed up. Good timing, I say."
