Decoda looked at Siren. "Are you joining us?" She asked her.
Siren looked at Decoda and shook her head. "I don't think so." She replied. "I have a feeling it's far beyond anything I'm capable of."
"Shame." Decoda retorted, then looked at Noise. "Where do we find your mother, then?" She asked.

"Well, this is getting somewhat weird and rapey, I'd suggest you stop now sir and just make her walk away, it'll save a lot of time and possibly lives."
Nejat smirked, hands faintly glowing as he could feel the light around him shimmer.

Victoria growled
"LET ME GO YOU MONSTER!!!"

Amelia blushed
"But why were you worried I would get hurt"
she looked over at the bed
"At least the bed saved me"
she giggled at how silly it sounded that a bed of all things saved her


Semira walked over and sat on the bed
"Hmm not bad, a bit springy and lumpy like its a bit worn"
she looked at Sauriel
"Maybe we should ask the vampire he seems to be running the show"

"This is merely a display of force. She must understand that her place is to serve me. After all, she has no other choice."
Maraud licked the bite marks on Victoria's neck, then gave her control of her body back. "Now behave, you little minx. I don't want you getting into trouble." Despite the callous tone, there was genuine care in his eyes as he looked at her.

"That's right," the bed said proudly. "Is it a bird, is it a plane, no, it's Superbed, saving damsels in distress across the land."
Then it grumbled at Semira.
"Oh really?! Well, your fat ass is springy and lumpy, lady! So how's about you take that ugly booty somewhere else if my humble mattress isn't good enough for you?"

Once Victoria was released she quickly turned and charged at him with her hands in front of her as if she was going to strangle him
"I am NOT a minx"


Semira ignored the beds comment
"Would be a shame if a little flame got out of control"
she held her finger up and a small flame danced around the tip of it. she smirked. Listening to Sauriel the whole time
"I'm not exactly sure where he went"
she looked around
"He might be in the kitchen, isnt that where he usually is?"
she looked down at Nadia and smiled
"You're probably wondering what we are talking about, Me and Sauriel are trying to find out child, he or she would be your older brother or sister"
a look of sadness suddenly
"That is if our child is still alive"


Nadia looked at the both of them
"So I might have an older brother or sister, I'm not an only child"
this news made her happy and sad at the same time. Happy that she might have one, but sad cause knowing she might, could possibly take her mothers time away from her and after finally being with her mother after all these years she wanted to get to know her

Amelia smiled at the bed
"Thank you yet again"
She then turned her attention to Jokan
"Will you be alright ? or do you need some time alone?"

Long demonic tentacles lifted into the air and hovered around Semira expectantly.
"Careful, ma'am. You wouldn't be the first maiden I've ravished on here. Now put the fire down and apologize for insulting me. Otherwise I might just have to tell you about the things I did to Nadia while we were in the portal coming here..."

Maraud caught both her hands effortlessly.
"Is that so? You're doing a remarkable job of behaving like one. Now are you going to behave yourself or am I going to have to make it hurt?"

Jokan sighed.
"I'll be fine. Just give me a minute."

Squillok appeared, rubbing his hands together in glee.
"Ah yes, hello, hello! You called old Squillok?"

Noise and Rail looked at one another then a sheepish look crossed both of their faces.
"We... Have no idea." Noise admitted ashamedly. "With any luck they'll still have something in the mountains. Hopefully mother will be there too."

"It's a good place to start." Decoda said, as she slowed her flying so that Rail and Noise wouldn't tired easily. "I pray that help can be supplied to us." She said, as a distant expression formed on her face. If they were being followed and attacked because of her and her blood...

Victoria struggled against him, trying to pull her arms free of his grip.
"Let me go so that I can kill you for what you did to me"
she glared at him then launched herself at him again even with him holding her arms, the force would have been enough to knock them both over and maybe free her from his grip


Amelia smiled at Jokan, she got up and headed over towards the seating area they once where and sat down. She pulled her knees to her chest, wrapping her arms around them and placed her chin on the top of her knees looking out at the arena
"I hope don't have to fight anymore"
she said to herself


"And you wouldn't be the first demon I lit on fire"
the flame on her fingers got bigger
"Now I suggest you tell us what you did to my daughter, and depending on your answer determines whether you live or die"
The tentacles surrounding her didnt seem to phase her

Semira and Sauriel suddenly found themselves upside down.
"I am not a demon!" the bed thundered.
Then it relaxed. "Also, you are so fun to bluff. I haven't done anything dirty, I've known her since she was a child - that would just be creepy. Not even copped a feel."

"I...was...wrong!"
Maraud was launched off his feet, but he rolled backwards so she was on top of him on the floor.
"I was wrong to turn you. I was wrong to run and hide, believing you died. I was wrong. Are you going to kill me, then go on mindlessly killing to sate your thirst?" His eyes were pleading. "Or are you going to let me try to help you?"

Cryth sat next to Amelia. "Just a little more. Then we're done."

"Oh, KILL HIM!" He chuckled lightly, watching the 'couple'

Amelia looked up at her brother
"I hope so I don't want to do this anymore"
she sighed resting her chin back on her knees
"I want to go home"


Semira looked at Nadia with a sigh or relief
"Good cause if you did you would be nothing but ash right now"
she pulled Nadia over to her lap and gave her a hug
"Nadia promise me that no matter what happens you will do as I tell you"
she looked down at nadia
"Promise me"


Nadia looked up at her mother confused by her request, she wanted to ask why but knew her mother probably had a reason just like she had a reason to have someone else raise Nadia
"I promise"


Victoria had froze when he said about helping her. She pushed herself up on her hand looking down at him she blinked
"Y-You will help me, help me control the thirst that controls me??"
she pushed herself off until she was sitting on her knees at his feet looking down
"E-ever since that day...its controlled me, drove me mad.."
her fists clenched on her lap
"I can't take it anymore, being locked up all those years, yearning to feed, I sat in the darkness for centuries hoping to be left out, and when I got out the hunger was stronger then ever, I could smell it, hear it pump through their hearts, calling out to me, I couldn't, can't stop myself from feeding.."
she looked up at him
"And when...when t-the demon comes out, I can't stop it"
The girl that sat before them, wasn't the Victoria they had been seeing, but the girl she was on her 16th birthday

Maraud gave her a genuine close hug.
"I will look after you. I will teach you to manage the bloodlust. You will never kill an innocent again. I promise. Your kills are not on your soul, they are on mine."
He cupped her chin.
"In return, you will serve me and do as I command. This is for your own protection, there is more to being a vampire than hunting and killing. Do you understand?"

The bed huffed.
"Not even so much as a thank you for all my years of service... Do you know how hard it was just being in one place, watching a girl cry her eyes out on me every night wondering who her mom was?"

Cryth put his arm around her. "Soon we will be. I promise."

Semira looked up at Sauriel noticing his face expression
"Are you ok? you look as if something is bothering you"
she looked down at the bed
"And thank you, I apologize for her crying every night, I had no other choice, I couldnt take her with me or they would have killed her"
she looked down at Nadia
"She still isn't safe from that, They will not hesitate to try and kill her now, especially if they find out what she is"


Victorias pupils dilated, then returned back to their normal size when he spoke of her serving him and following his command
"Y-you mean like a slave?"
she yanked her head away from his grasp keeping her eyes to the ground
"I'm already a slave in my own body because of this, and you want me to become a slave to ...to you?"
she glared up at him through her hair
"To do as you command, to use me as you please? You don't want to help me, You just want to use me for your own personal reasons, you already called me a minx, is that how you see me??"
her eyes started to change to black again



"It won't be the same without mom and dad"
she sighed and looked up at her brother
"Do you miss them?"
she looked out at the arena and sighed
"I do sometimes"
she blinked and a single tear streamed down her cheek
"they never knew what could happen to them"

Maraud raised an eyebrow.
"Let me educate you just a little. A vampire like you, young, feral, inexperienced, would be considered prey by some and vermin by others. Me taking you under my wing would not just be to control your thirst, as well as teaching you the ways of the vampire, but also to save your life. I am bound by what warped shell of a conscience I have left to ensure that the mistake I have made, and you have suffered from, does not cause any more suffering. I am more sorry than you can imagine, though my demeanor might not show it. In the world of the night, one does not get very far by wearing their heart on their sleeves and now you are loose in the world I assure you quite wholeheartedly that if you are lucky you would be dead in a fortnight. If not, you'd be wishing you were."
The eyebrow lowered.
"I also want you to recognize that, although as I have clearly demonstrated so far I could potentially make you do the can-can in the buff, I am giving you a choice. You will not be the victim of any drunken pawings or lecherous fondlings - as my apprentice, our relationship would be far too professional. I see you as a young troubled vampire that I created and left to die. I am bound to rectify such a mistake. Do you understand?"

Cryth closed his eyes.
"Actually...I'm not so sure that they didn't know."

The bed humphed.
"Not your place to apologize. She's safe now, that's all that matters."
Arch cawed in agreement, still perched on the end of the bed.

"We should do okay, Mr. Dragon." Noise said. Rail nodded then scribbled something on the notebook and showed it to Tybalt.
"But if we do need to rest expect us to drop onto you out of the blue." She giggled after he read it.

Maraud examined her body, sizing her up as she struggled.
Then he walked over to Cryth, pulled him over and held out his arm, ignoring Cryth's protests. He bit, lightly, into the exposed flesh, sending two light dribbles of blood oozing down the whitened skin.
"Victoria. You will take three gulps. After that, stop. If necessary I will make you stop. Savor them. Now feed."

Squillok rubbed his hands together in glee.
"Oh..ooooh... the next match will start after the last one's cleared, which will be, hmm...hmhmhmhmhmmmmmm..."
He counted on his knobbled fingers.
"Oooh, about thirty minutes, Mr Angel, sir, trust old Squillok!"

Victoria's hands suddenly loosened and her mouth shot open.
Maraud dragged her backwards and sat her down on the bed, making her look in his eyes.
"That's enough blood. You don't need any more. And you won't be getting any more for another week."
