"Okay, that's great! I'm glad you had a great time." He said happily.
He turned back to one of the market stalls as they walked. His eye caught a beautiful gold amulet with an emerald in the center. It was brilliant and nearly breathtaking, but not too big or flashy. Varen found it strange to find something like this in such a small village.
He looked over his shoulder. Lucy wasn't looking. He looked over at the merchant in charge of this table, he was busy showing off the rest of his wares. Perfect... He thought before snagging the amulet and dropping it in his pocket with quick and elegant precision. |

He looked away from Zerron though - he didn't want to pluck them out and ruin his cover.
