He smiled evilly at her anger, and whispered in her ear.
"I'll tell you a secret... that little voice in your head? You're giving your heart to a thing that's had thousands of women. You're just the latest novelty in a long line of playthings for him. You don't mean a damn to him. He doesn't love you..."

Martyris was literally too stunned to respond...

He let out a low cold laugh, completely unafraid.
"Little girl... ignorant in the ways of the world. You think you know love, you think you know what love is. You're chasing a ghost, and that ghost doesn't want you. You want to believe he does. How sweet, how romantic. Go ahead, slit the throat of your friend, I'll be fine, I don't need to breathe. So all you can do is just hack and slash at someone that doesn't deserve it, and I'll just whisper in your ear the cold hard truth. You're ugly. You're a pathetic ugly child, and no-one, not even your beloved pathetic voice, who would drop you for another woman the moment you turned your back, will ever love you. He'll leave you once he's had his fill, forget all about you. Then you'll grow old alone and die all alone with no-one to leave behind..."
He gave another dark chuckle.
"And what's more, you'll be so desperate... makes me wish I could watch..."

Martyris was speechless. He couldn't even formulate conscious thought right now...

He doubled over, the body he was in having some physical reactions after all.
Then he straightened, and he was still chuckling darkly, starting a sing-song, mocking and cold.
"Old and alo-one, old and alo-one, little girl's going to die all alo-one..."
He stepped closer to her, looking over at Trinity, daring her to hit him again, to let him go through with his threat, devouring be damned...

"No-one ever loved you, and no-one ever will..." he sang quietly, smirking at her.
"You're little, stupid and ugly, and he'll leave when he's had his fill..."

Martyris was silent. Not trusting himself to even speak. Ayase couldn't even sense his emotions...

He put a hand to his cheek.
Then he pointed that hand at Trinity's back, and black flames materialised, ready to tear through her.
"Apologize. Say, "I'm sorry for slapping you in the face," and you won't be staring at her dead body in the next few seconds..."

Martyris finally spoke, doing his utmost to keep his voice level.
Do as he says... we don't want her death on our conscience....

He leaned closer.
"Excuse me? You're sorry for what?"
The hand with flames flexed, ready to kill...

He staggered back. the agony clear on his face...
He scowled at her.
"Good..."

Then he lowered his hand, turned and walked away...

Inside Ayase's head, Martyris had to release the anger somehow.

So, a nearby mountain decided it had had it's fun and exploded.

trinity didnt see the the situation happening between ty and ayase she was too busy talking to the real ty in her ring as she walked towards the port

victoria looked over to acheron
"should we go ahead of them?"

trinity walked into the port town hoping the rest off them would follow and looks around for the ships
"i know the king said something about having a ship for us, i wonder which one that can be"

He followed silently, not saying a word after his recent punishment...

The ring was content in her hands, glowing brightly...

I think sleep would do all of us some good... except I might have to eep an eye on the scum in Ty's body while you sleep...

she whispered at the ring
"i love you ty"
then allowed the ring to hang down from her neck then looked back at ayase and ty
"i think we should find the ship and rest there. the king said he had someone to captain the ship so that would be one less thing for us to worry about"
she started walking towards the docks

He didn't dare risk blowing his cover and angering his master any more, so he followed her still silently... begging for the chance to kill her.

The ring formed a shining heart of flames on her chest, glowing with heat...

trinity placed her hand on her chest where the heart of flame shown and smiled, she continued walking looking for the ship but the docks were empty
"maybe we are a bit early, the king did say about two days and we got here a lot quicker then expected"
