Varen smiled back nervously, knowing he's stolen plenty of things he didn't need.
"Uh.. Well, you never know what you may need in the future, right?" He said, laughing nervously.
The innkeeper had finally arrived with their two identical orders, plus two cups of ale.
"On the house." The innkeeper said.
"Well, thank you very much, sir!" Varen said, before taking the cup in his hand and raising it up.

The power coming off Sean was tremendous... and there was a delicious darkness in his mind as they walked.
The shadows recognised power when they saw it... dark powers...

A truly dark thought entered his head.
If he attacks us, I could kill the catgirl in the confusion and no-one would be any the wiser...

As if in response to these dark thoughts, the ring around Trinity's neck pulsed, sending a small spark or two crackling in the directions of Tyrcestus - his body at least - and Sean...

sean sent a small spark to explore his friends, and was intrested to see that the one with the most power had shadows with him.
