Nijuu looked at her guest, and decided to let him finish his prayers before speaking to him. She walked over to the stove, and grabbed the kettle. She filled it with water, and placed it back on the stove.

Grey stood up, cased his weapon, and walked out of the room, toward the kitchen, steadily limping. As he walked over to the young woman, he said, "Thank you.....for patching me........" A small beeping could be heard from his pocket, as he looked to his cellphone, "Damn......they're setting me up again, the number seven team in the Coliseum.......fifty victories for this fight.....but still.....I have to fight it today......." He looked like a slight breeze could knock him over.

Nijuu turned around, and folded her arms. "You are not going anywhere." She stated flatly. "You may be healed...but your leg still has aways to go, before it's completely healed." She added, as she motioned for her guest to sit down. "My name is Nijuu Hisashi, by the way." She folded her arms again. "The villagers here in Isora Falls call me High Priestess Hisashi. They think I've been blessed by the divines or that I'm a Knight..." her voice trailed off.

Grey sighed, "If I don't get to the Coliseum in seventeen hours to fight that battle, some other team will be forced to fight them. I may not look it......but in any condition......I can fight......I just need a few stims is all, they'll force my leg to heal fully........"

Nijuu took a deep breath and shook her head. "I'm afraid you're going nowhere until your leg is healed." She repeated, as she unfolded her arms. "I've 'blessed' many of the beams and walls in the house mainly for the purpose of keeping unwanted guests out, and to keep the injured safe, until they are completely healed." She added, as she walked towards the fridge. "You can try to leave; but you'll find it impossible."

Grey let out a long sigh, "Fine.....but that match must be fought by me.....if I'm not to fight it........." He went silent for a moment, as something ethereal separated from his body, the reformed with the darkness of the room, some portions pitch black, some as red as the center of ruby. It was a copy of Grey, but a darker version, "I just had to....take my soul out, and allow it.....to take form......and give....control of it......to my darker side......its me....and it'll fight my match......." He fell to the floor, completely exhausted, as his copy walked right out of the room, and appeared in the center of the Coliseum, ready to fight Grey's match. Grey's skin went back to normal, but his pain returned ten fold, as his hands began to shake, his skin grow cold, and his eyes tearing up.

With no answer at the door Leo decided to head back to Salamencia, he opened a portal he walked through it coming out in front of an old motel. He pulled out a room key from his pocket and went inside one of the rooms. Setting his bag and room key on a small table he crawled onto a bed, falling asleep almost instantly.

Grey's shade, his soul, filled with Genesis' power, complete in his form, stood in the center of the Coliseum, as two challengers approached. Both were red skinned Zangerians, and both wielded four swords at once.  They were seeping with energy that would suggest their abilities had something to do with shockwaves of extreme power.  The barrier went down, and the two of them charged toward the shade.  A smirk on his face, the shade began to walk forward, liquid longswords of shadow forming in his hands, his true power currently hidden.

Zigera was horrified, "What have I done......what have I done......" Tears streamed down the side of her face. As she cried, metal around the area began to flow around her like a river.

Anger fluctuated throughout Zigera, and so, she decided to stand up, and instead of crying, began to walk away, as Oblivion's presence and wrath followed her, every step, shattering the earth below her, metal surrounding her body, and forming a suit of what appeared to be protomail. "No one.....can be trusted.....but the silver eyed......man......." She said, as she then took off at a rapid speed, trying to find where the Coliseum was located.

Grey's shade in the coliseum spent several seconds to observe his foes, grinning at the possibility of fighting a sub champion team. The shade awaited their first movement, for that would be the beginning of their last.

Grey's shade was quick to move backwards and flip to the side, as both zangerians swung at the same time, powerful shockwaves moving past the being as it dodged with a gleeful smile on its face. "That was weak, give me something with a bit more juice!!!" the shade yelled at the top of his lungs. The warriors responded by doing so, swinging their curved blades in perfect unison, a blade barrier of sorts forming around them, sending shockwaves forward, and all around them, only for the shade to continually dodge them. Within each shockwave, there was a point that would do no harm, and the shade simply lined up all of those points and went on through whenever possible. The twin ice bloods continued their barrage, showing no signs of tiring, while the shade just dodged their attacks with ease, making a fool of them, making them draw out their fullest power.

"i dont have any jobs to do at the moment so i believe i have time for a drink"
she looked over at cecil
"its not common a demon such as myself can talk to someone who isnt freaked out that im a demon, let alone someone who doesnt blow one's cover when they find out"
her body started to change into her true form, her eyes back to their red color
"i know a good place where we can get a drink, that is if you dont mind being around other demons, but since your with me they wont say anything"

The shade kicked dust into the faces of his opponents, stopping their movements for a mere second, though that second allowed him to drop kick the one on the right, sending him flying into the barrier. Before the other one could slice him, he cartwheeled to the side, and sent his foot into the side of the zangerian's knee, shattering it, though it cost him a focused shockwave, blasting him back twenty feet.

Nijuu sighed heavily, as the kettle began to whistle. "As I said before, these battles are senseless...they benefit no one....save those whom are entertained by them." She spoke, as she took the kettle off the hot burner. She then looked at her guest and folded her arms. "Looks like you will be here for a long while."

Grey didn't get up from where he was sitting, mentally visualizing his shade during the fight, whom was slowly taking apart his opponents, "My goal, is to become champion, because the champion can change the rules around. If that happens, I can make it against the rules to kill there, I can turn the Coliseum back into what it was meant to be, a place where to two challengers could fight with all their might, with all their heart, with all that they possess, without destroying the outside world, and at the end of it, both could walk away, knowing that they pushed their limits beyond what was possible. That....is my goal......." His body no longer supressing his pain, he was sweating heavily, "The battles will go on regardless, but at least, I can take out the murderers there.......so that their last bit of harm, is done inside of the Arena, rather than upon the innocents on the outside world. I'm...a Mystic.....we've had to carry the fight for thousands of years, so that the other knights could rest, and live in peace. Its my fate, to be the sword of those who cannot lift one. It is also my fate, to one day be consumed.....by that darkness that lives within me. The longer I can delay....the better.....I want my family to be strong......and I want them to know I loved each and every one of them........." He looked to Nijuu, "So....what's your story.....I don't believe I asked earlier?"

The shade was having fun, dodging the shockwaves throughout the air from his attackers, not needing a weapon to fool around, to make complete idiots of the seventh best team in the Coliseum.

Nijuu leaned against the counter, willing healing energy that surrounded her home to keep her guest conscious. "There really isn't much to tell. I'm the daughter of an Esper and an elemenatalist. I was born here in Isora Falls, to hone my abilities." She replied, her arms remaining folded as she spoke. "For the last two centuries, this has been my home. The villagers think I am a knight...and I haven't done anything to make them believe otherwise. To tell them otherwise, would only invite trouble." She continued. "I've protected this village, and my goal is to make this a sanctuary for all those whom seek it. If that means I must leave someday to make that a possibility...well....I'll cross that bridge when I get there."

Grey reached into his coat, and pulled from it, a metal flask, containing a black liquid inside. He took a swig, and rather than the liquid smelling of the foul human beverage, alcohol, it smelled rather sweet, with a hint of bitterness to it. "I see....I remember a time when the humans couldn't even stand us knights......in what they call, the 'Middle Ages', they'd catch out young teens, and burn them alive.......calling them witches, calling them abominations against God.......funny.....we are the children of Nephilim.....and they would do that to those of us who couldn't fight back." He looked to her, a little bit of life in his eyes now, "My mother, was one of those knights who didn't just stand by and let the innocent younglings die, no, while saving hundreds of our knights, she killed hundreds of humans in the process, she regrets the deaths, but not her actions. I'm just two steps above human, with this seal on my power, I can't heal, I can't do anything on my own. My weapons, and my darkness, those are my only survival means. I don't fit amongst knights, and I don't fit amongst humans, so i understand your predicament milady." Grey looked out the window, and saw the damage he did from crashing into the side of her house. "When my leg is fixed.....you wouldn't mind if I fixed what I broke, right? I should probably get down and clean some of those......blood stains I left in the floor too......." He tried to get up, but couldn't, his body wouldn't let him, although his blood seemed like it was on fire.

Rei looked around her continuously. She was confused at the scene she had come across and direly wanted an explanation.

"What... What on earth is going on?", she said slowly.

Spectre looked to the girl who had asked the question, and grinned underneath his hood, "That girl, was being kept here, the one with the metal, with a monstrosity trapped inside of her, I set in motion, events that freed the monster within."

The zangerian's recovered quickly, and swung all of their blades at once towards the shade, thinking they had won at that moment. They hadn't. The shade merely vanished, only to pop up behind them. "I'm done playing, time for death." Reaching forward with both of his hand, he impaled both of them from the back, grabbing ahold of their spines, and pulled outward, the result being a link from each of their vertebrae being torn out by the shade. Next, he threw the links on the ground, and watched as they fell back. Still able to swing their arms, they sent a shockwave upward toward him, though this time, rather than dodging it, he created a screen of anti matter in front of himself, the screen absorbing the bulk of the attack. "Nice move, not nice enough though....." Walking forward, he waved his arm, a tendril of anti matter slashing wildly at them, taking from them, each of their arms, before the shade knelt down before them, and grinned. "I'm going to let you live, both of you.....I've decided against killing you, its more fun to cripple people." Before either of them could react, he sent two of his fingers, from both hands, into their eyes, destroying their vision. Walking away, the shade looked up to where the champion teams were sitting, "Who's up next, who's go the guts to face me?" He yelled, taunting them. Surprisingly, the only team that hadn't slain any of their opponents stepped forward, a team of holy espers, beings with enough power to destroy half the world if they wished, yet they sated any of their needs for violence in the Coliseum. The shade merely laughed.

Grey held his head, "Dammit, he's taking on the sixth top team......."

They reappeared in a darkened hall. Kaiden, not missing a beat, went off to the side, with Drake following sheepishly behind.
'I have realised, that if I am to extract the power of the Entities, we must utilise all means at our disposal.'
'Sir?'
The powerful being I sent the child after felt much like Oblivion, and I doubt that she will last long against it. That is why we are here.'
They stopped outside of a heavy metal door. It was covered in sigils of blood.
Drake blanched. 'Not him! Not that thing!' He collapsed to the floor seconds later, screaming in agony as the symbol on his hand glowed a deep red.
'Are you questioning me, boy?'
'N-no...master.'
The pain subsided as the glow returned to normal, just as Kaiden entered the room.
Inside was a small cubic cage in the centre of the roof, which held a man wrapped in heavy pitch black chains.
'I have a job for you, creature.'
'And why should I help you?'
'Because the one you are after will be there.'
The man looked up at him with piercing red eyes, 'I'm listening.'
