Feeling the life getting choked from his very body, Grey extended his arm, and began to stab at Geezer, though his blade barely pierced the old knight's skin before he was tossed again. This time, when he hit the barrier, Grey landed against it, his feet pressed roughly on its surface. When he thought he would fall, he found that he remained standing on the barrier, be it may, he was standing horizontally. "I guess its time to use one of my biological advantages......" As he walked up the barrier, bones burst from his back, ones that seemed like extra limbs, but as he continued to walk, flesh and metal feathers appeared over them, until a pair of black, armored wings was sprouting from his back.

Angered by the delay of combat, Geezer threw his hammer towards the young man. Thinking fast, Grey, held out his blade with both hands, and deflected the massive weapon, though his wrist just about shattered as a result. Without the power he inherited from Genesis bolstering him, he would have lost his hand at that moment, so some strained bones were the least of his worries. The old knight leaped into the air, caught his hammer, and swung it in a round house motion towards Grey. Reacting with the same speed of the veteran, Grey stifled to the left of the attack, his heart now racing, and sent his blade sliding through the side of the old knight, hitting several of his organs along the way. Geezer pushed off of the barrier, and slammed his back into Grey, as they both headed toward the ground, plummeting from the highest point of the barrier. Thinking quickly, Grey used his powerful wings to force himself away from the massive knight, and remain in the air, while the veteran hit the ground on his feet, looking up at his young challenger.

Mawthrough leaned down to her ear.
"I'm willing to bet you know naughtier words than that," he whispered, giving her neck a lick.
"So why don't you say it, and ask me to fu-"

A booming noise rang out above their heads, and the sounds of battle filtered down into the room.
"Oh...fu-"
BOOM!
"-my life," Mawthrough finished, looking at her.
"Just... really? REALLY?"

An angel was pummeled through the ceiling above them into the water floor, saw them, was about to say something, then was squashed by a demon.

Then, reverberating down through the hole.
"MMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWTTTTTTTHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHH!! GET YOUR ASS UP HERE NOW!!!"

Mawthrough blanched.
"Oh... shit."

Darkion laughed.
"Just because I'm not a bloodthirsty thoughtless monster doesn't mean I've lost my "killer instinct". It means I have something that could be considered a PLAN."
He said it slowly, like he was addressing a child.
"You know, a plan? Do you even know what that is? No, you can't eat it..."

Grey's wings pushed him downward with one powerful thrust, his weapon clashing with the massive hammer wielded by his foe. When Geezer swung again, Grey seemed like he would try to dodge, but instead, clashed with him on the ground, his weapon barely held in his hands now. Looking the old warrior in the eyes, he let out a long, cool breathe, before his blade suddenly seemed to go out of control, and his arm became a blur, as dozens of sword wounds began to pop up on the secondary champion's body. Wanting to halt the attacks, Geezer tried to slam his elbow into Grey, though this time, Grey ducked under his arm, and sent his fist into the side of the old knight's knee. The warrior knelt down in pain, though before Grey could capitalize, he slammed his hammer into the young man's chest, sending him flying into the barrier yet again. While the old warrior recovered, Grey continually tried to find the strength to get up. He tried to call upon Genesis' power, but the entity had shut its power off from him, forcing him to fight on the level of a mortal. Holding one arm out, and using the other to try and push himself up, he called Midnight, pleading for the weapons aid in his mind.

Spectre had been sitting in the crowd, and watched as the gunblade next to him twitched.

Revan took out the paper to make sure and inspected it and realized that it was a mistake but as he watched the fight progress he realized that he wouldn't be getting anything from his client at the rate since it looked like he might be bleeding out soon.
He looks at Cecil

"Ahh so your Cecil your right my bad but tell you what ill help you guys out or just leave you guys to finish him off if you promise to pay me the 50 gold that he put yon your head."

Mawthrough gave a very slight sigh.
"I'm in so much crap right now..."

Another explosion rocked the ground.

"WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER!?"

"THAT'S A QUESTION I WANT TO ASK MY SON!!"

BOOM!

"Oh for crying out loud - MUM, SHE'S DOWN HERE HAVING A GOOD TIME!"

"..."
"..."

"SHE'S WHAT!?"
"SHE'S WHAT!?"

"Oh crap."

Then Inferno was there, looking like he was thirsting to tear out Mawthrough's throat then and there.
Behind him however was a fierce-looking demonic woman, radiating power, just as much as Inferno was giving off. She was tall, commanding, beautiful, had two elegantly curved horns on her head, and looked equally pissed.

Then.
"Alright."

And for the first time, Mawthrough looked truly scared at the sound of that voice.

"Everyone, just stop."

Inferno turned.
"YOU WANT ME TO-"

"Silence." Inferno instantly shut up. He looked like he wanted to talk, but did not.
"You are way out of your jurisdiction here, Inferno. I would watch your tongue very carefully unless you want to be banished from every single dimension. Now let. Me talk. To my son."

A human, grey haired, tall, wearing glasses, looking to be in his fifties and looking very stern, walked past the towering supernatural beings and looked at Mawthrough in the bed.

"Son."
"Dad."

For a moment, there was silence.

"Why?"

"Dad, it's complicated."
"Mawthrough, so far I'm struggling to come up with a reason not to let Inferno beat you to a pulp right now. Maybe that's the only way you'll learn to not take what is so far above your level in both power, and risk. Talk about forbidden fruits... son, you can find another."

"Not like her."

All three adults blinked.
"Pardon?"

"I've never found one like her. Not with her fire. Not with her beauty. And Mr Inferno, sir, by all means beat me to a pulp. But don't take her away. Don't. Or I will fight you until you have to kill me."

All three blinked again.
"Well then, if that's the way the boy wants to play it," Inferno snarled, and he brought the sword down - only for Mawthrough's father to block it with a finger.
"Last chance Inferno. Unless you want to leave this plane in a matchbox, I suggest you hold."

Inferno glared at the human.
"Why don't you challenge me on my turf, human? See if you're so authoritative then?"

"That would be stupid. Now, speaking of stupid..."

He turned back to Mawthrough, who still had one arm around Chastity with a look of fear and defiance.
"Release the girl, Mawthrough."
"No."

"Chastity," Inferno growled.
"Step away from him. Now."

Grey continued to hold his arm out, hoping that Midnight would come to his aid, somehow. Midnight began to glow brightly, and floated within the air outside of the barrier. Quietly, Grey spoke, "Please....I need your help.....I'm going to die......if you don't come to my aid.......you are my only reliable ally....and I'm sorry for not realizing that......"

Geezer was up on his feet, his hammer at the ready, he drug it along the ground, as he charged rapidly towards Grey. It was at that moment, that Midnight flew through the barrier, a feat thought of as impossible, and right as Geezer's hammer was going to turn Grey to flapjack, it flew into its young master's hand, giving him a small spurt of energy, one that allowed him to pull backwards, and fire a stream of green energy into Geezer's face, knocking back the massive knight for the first time in the entire match. Panting, Grey stood still, looking at Midnight, and then to Sidewinder, "Okay, let's try this again........" He crossed both weapons, and prepared to fly forward, as soon as Geezer was back onto his feet, the presence of Omega felt within the gunblade he wielded, a direct link to the entity as it was, and yet, it was an entirely different being.

Geezer wiped the blood from his face as his wounds began to heal, and as he stood up, he chuckled, "You're the first opponent to draw blood from me in months kid, congrats......."

There was a complete and stunned silence.

Mawthrough was looking at Chastity with something that resembled awe and amazement, as well as pride and affection.
The demoness was staring at her, mouth open.
Mawthrough's father simply raised one eyebrow.

"...Can you see why I want to keep her? She's AWESOME!"

"MY FUCKING WHAT!?!" Inferno yelled. "THAT'S IT, I'M OBLITERATING THIS LITTLE PIECE OF SHI-"

Click.

Inferno vanished. Just popped out of existence.

"Right..." Mawthrough's father said, sounding exasperated - yet grudgingly impressed.
"I'm going to count to three. Upon reaching three, Mawthrough, you are going to have said goodbye to her, put her back, and we will never speak of this again."

Emboldened by Chastity's example, Mawthrough shook his head.
"Dad, that's not -"

"ONE."

The entire realm shook like an earthquake.

"Do not test me on this. TWO."

The world shook even more, rocks started falling from the ceiling.

"THRE-"

Mawthrough and Chastity materialized on Chastity's balcony where the whole crazy night had started, Mawthrough looking saddened.
"I'm sorry. But my father cannot be challenged, not there. He outranks Lucifer in there. I'm sorry."
He looked up at the sound of explosions coming from other places inside the building, where Inferno was no doubt raging.
He reached into his wings, and with only the smallest of winces plucked out a feather.
"Lick the feather and I will come. As fast as I can."
The air behind Mawthrough began to crack.
"Mawthrough. Home. NOW."

He leaned forwards and kissed Chastity, hard.
"I'm sorry, and I-"

The air behind him cracked more, and slight suction began to tug on his feathers.

"I love you."

Then he was pulled into the void, and then aside from the feather, there was no trace at all that he'd even been there...

Grey readied himself to charge again, only to find Geezer's fist jammed in his abdomen, which caused him to cough up blood. The next moment, he was lying on the ground, after the old warrior slammed his fist into Grey's temple, just about killing him in the process. He lay there, on the ground, twitching, as Geezer grabbed his hammer, and aimed at his head. "You were close kid, but I can't let you proceed, not as you have behaved in the Coliseum. I have to kill you, to keep it from taking over this place." He prepared to slam the hammer down, when a giant arm of darkness shot out of Grey's own shadow, slamming right into the old knight, and catching him off guard. Grey slowly pushed himself upward, both blades in hand, and his face was shown to be half consumed by corrupt darkness, and one eye was red.

Looking at his weapon Midnight, he shook his head, and the darkness was banished from his outer body. "I'll finish this without using Genesis." He stood there, his eyes closed, ready to receive another attack, as Midnight charged herself full of energy for him.

There's was a single flash of light, and then a massive explosion within the middle of the arena as the two clashed. When the smoke began to clear, Geezer was standing in the center, holding his hammer in both hands, while Grey slowly walked away, until falling to his knees. When it seemed that Geezer had won, the old knight toppled over, not dead, but heavily unconscious.

An announcer shouted aloud, "We have a winner, Grey Mystic has now earned the right for a championship match. Mister Mystic, when do you wish for your match to be?"

Grey looked up at the announcer, "Two hours from now......." He spoke, and then vanished into a shadow portal, appearing back at the diner, a little bruised, but not as broken as last time. Looking to Nijuu, he said, "Sorry about that....had some business to take care of......"

Several men, veteran knights of ancient origin, picked up Geezer, and walked him out of the arena. Somehow, the old man had a smile on his face, a sort of pride, as if that match was the best one he'd had in years.

Leos match was up next he knew it would probably be cut short because of Greys next match in two hours, so he knew it had to be quick. He jumped into the arena as did his opponent this was only the second time he had set foot in the arena. His opponent a knight he looked a little older then him but not by much, readying a sword. His opponent seemed calm and focused and then the match started his opponent started towards him.

Drake watched as Grey disappeared from the arena 'I'd say go for the winged guy. Mind giving me the gem? I need to check something.'
He held out his hand, waiting for Lilith to hand over the gem.

'What in God's name happened to you?' He looked shocked by Grey's condition. 'Seriously, you weren't gone that long!'

Down in Hell, Mawthrough was not getting a pleasant time of it either.

After shouting - and getting shouted at - for two hours back and forth, Mawthrough was confined to his own room, alone.
After a few hours, his parents decided he'd learnt his lesson and sent in a few pleasure servants to cheer him up.
When they came out complaining that he'd refused their services, they were flat out flabbergasted.

"No incubus, not even a halfling, can resist the hunger. No one."
"Except you."
"Yes, but that's because I have... you..."
"... Oh dear, Mawthrough, what have you gotten yourself into?"

Mawthrough lay in his room, feeling his normal strength wane with each passing second and him powerless to stop it...

Inferno glowered at her.
"I've always believed in a bit of "discipline," Chastity. Your mother never let me administer it to you. And I would never administer it to her. Because we both understand that there is no such thing as "love at first sight." Your mother fell in love with me because I WORKED for it, and you're just going to toss your affections away on a demonic mongrel?! And I thought I had raised you to have some pride!"

He was now completely worked up.

"Right. I am contacting your suitor and the wedding will take place in two days. You have that time to get ready. In a year, you'll be thanking me on bended knee for this, you mark my words..."

Before waiting to hear her reaction - it didn't matter - he left.

Darkion tapped his head.
"It's all in here, you nasty wee beastie. It's just submerged by something called a PLAN."
He then tapped the creature's head.
"Do you need me to explain to you what that is? Maybe I should give you a dictionary, or would you just eat it?"

A purple light began to glow around his hands as he summoned his daggers. Weilding them up-side down waiting for his opponent.

Before answering the man, Grey took from his pocket a stim, injected it into his neck, and then spoke, "A match, I've just got one more in the Coliseum, then I won't need to fight there anymore, unless I want to." He looked to the wings that were sticking out of his back, and painfully, he drew them back into his body, until just a pair of bloody holes remained in his back.

Revan chuckled at the thought
"depends cause as of right now if i don't intervene your dead so how much do i get for saving your ass if its still 50 gold ill leave you to your fate but if its say 150 ill help you get out of this mess."
