Amalia turned around and looked at Shirke. "Well, you're not my teacher." She pointed out. "I don't have many things with me anyway. There's no need to give me a room that you could give to a student."

Shrike thought for a moment before replying, "Well then, guess you'll be staying my room while your here, haven't touched that place since I started working here. Mainly just store tests I haven't graded in there."

"Why do you work here, anyway; if you don't mind me asking?" Amalia asked, as she landed...noticing her wings were getting quite tired. She wrapped her white, scaled wings around her shoulders, and folded her arms.

Shrike sighed, "For a Grimm, I'm a weakling, here, is a place I can train, so that I'm not weak anymore. I'm at an age where I can also teach the students about the many dangers of this world, including demons, and rogue reapers. And, I'm not alone here, well, physically that is, its hard to be around people, when you've got some horrid position you had forced down your throat.

She looked at each of them
"If you value your lives"

"You know the command to give my minions if they don't"
She waited for their answer, hoping for a bloodbath

The man was cowering in the corner. 'Please! I'll take the offer! Just let me live.'
'You think I'd trust you, after you tried to kill me? I am not that naive.'
He grabbed the man by the head, and threw him at the table. 'Elsa, hold him down.'

Revlon felt the dagger pierce his chest plate, which surprised him, but as it pierced his flesh, he only let it pass about an inch inside, before stepping back, and sending his leg into Kaiden's rib cage.

"People tend to fear the unknown. I suppose that is true for everyone, and not just humans." Amalia retorted, as she folded her arms. "I've see, and heard horrible things done in the name of fear. Ignorance is not bliss, and fear is not justice."

Shrike nodded, "The knights suffered greatly at the hands of the humans in the medieval age, and my kind has been relentlessly hunting voracious vampires in the past two thousand years, because we fear Valion's rise. Its despicable to attack someone just because of their race." He walked into a winding hall, heading for his room.

The kick sent him flying, until he crashed into the ground. Yet, he was nonplussed.
'The toxin should begin working soon. A rare concoction, that once in the blood will cause the vessels to collapse and die, and rot the internal organs.'

"That's why my family stayed in the mountains." Amalia commented, as she followed Shirke. "I was not allowed to communicate with anyone outside of the family, without permission from my father, or grandmother. I know it seems strict, but I was the only grandchild....living grandchild, actually."

Revlon simply chuckled, "A virus, funny things you know.  Adaptable and dependable, man stopping as well.  All fun."  The moment he stopped speaking, an orange arm shot right through him, holding onto a clump of the infected flesh inside of the being's body, bits of what appeared to be infected blood being absorbed into the arm.  When the hand slid out of the hellhound in mortal flesh.  The hand belonged to the being garbed in black, whom was looking at Revlon.

"I think you've had enough hound, even without powers, this little esper has enough tricks up his sleeve to end you." The being said aloud as he took a knife from his cloak, and cut off his infected forearm.  A moment later, another sprouted from his arm, as the old one began to boil away.  He had the power to absorb genetic material from a being, take the physical form of whatever he had seen, and could create a beam of hyper focused energy to slice through a person's body and soul at the same time. The wound he had inflicted upon the hellhound would keep him paralyzed for the time being, but it did take all of his infected blood out of him.

Shrike continued to lead her through the halls, until arriving at a door with lined paint across it.  As he opened the door, which revealed a massive loft of a room, with a small lab, two beds, a small kitchen, a massive fridge, a door leading to a rather large bathroom, and a massive computer setup in the back of the room.  And of course, on his desk, he had a stack of papers the size of a person.  Turning and replying to her, he said, "Isolation can have its disadvantages though, like when you need allies, and no one's there to stand at your back........"  He walked into his room, remembering his time in hell, and how the demon Minerva had saved him from being eviscerated.

"We had family." Amalia replied, as she stepped into the massive room, that could have fit her entire house in it. "I had many Aunts and Uncles. I may not have had many cousins, since most of them were hunted down...some by humans, others by demons or anything else that choose to pray on a child; much less a dragon-kin's child." Amalia paused, then looked at Shirke. "When my family died, I lost my allies. I know nothing else other than my family. I've never fought allied with any other race, nor do I even know how, and I don't imagine that Frost would know either." She added, as she gripped Frost's handle tightly.

He appraised the being. 'Intriguing. A being that absorbs other's genetic material. Similar to the abomination, yet the act of consumption is a lot more efficient.'
He started walking around the figure, his hands behind his back. 'Truly a fascinating specimen.'

Shrike found his chair, hopped into it, and looked back at her, "Well miss Amalia Frost, you've come to the right place. I can teach you everything you'd like to know, well, not everything, but everything that I know, you may know, except my favorite color, that's private."

Chaos looked to the esper circling him, and ready an orange surge of energy, however, Spectre stepped forward and stopped him with but a stare, the being retracting his energy. He spoke to the esper, saying, "This is my Menagerie of talent, collected over the ages. And I have even more of them at my disposal, agents hidden among most significant groups on this planet. The hellhound has natural regeneration, even without his powers, so he'll be up and running in a few minutes from that wound. Had you not been seeking the energy of the entities, I may have invited you into joining up with my organization, for I can always appreciate a good mind, but alas, we can't have everything we want, eh?"

Kaiden held a hand out in front of himself, palm facing him, and started drawing circles on his hand with his finger.
'Had I not been seeking the Entities, I would have declined.'
Small sparks of energy flashed in his palm.
'I will not be subservient to a lesser creature. Dealing with you will pose a greater challenge than the others. However, the result will be the same.'

At this point, Jim was having an aneurysm.
"My head my head my head my head my head my head -"
He felt like he was going to vomit. So much power, all of it, concentrated and enhanced - he actually did vomit, spewing chunks of his last meal on the floor.
Then. Another thought.
"I'm gonna need backup."
Then, he took to his heels again.

Mawthrough instantly nestled beside her.
"Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere."
He ran his fingers through her hair and a pang of guilt irked him. Knowing that no matter how he played this, she would never be truly happy was a real kicker.
"I'm happy to be here. With you."
And he meant it.

Inferno gave a huff.
"Ahem. I think you mean your niece, and your brother, and in case you missed it, I don't exactly walk out on family without a damned good fight. I'm not going to let you face Michael alone. Besides."
A grin twitched his face.
"It's not fair that you're the only one who gets to knock him through walls. I want a go."

Dageroth shrugged, "Those who count upon victory no matter the conditions are often the ones defeated.  I'm not going to discount your chances of winning, but as long as I can force the other entities into acting in my favor, my chances will be raised higher.  And with Genesis soon to be on the loose, neither of us will be able to predict his actions, therefor, both of us will be at a disadvantage with that.  I'm close to completing my menagerie, very close, and then this earth shall be put into complete, utter chaos. I may even be able to trigger Omega's final purpose, with a large enough push."

Ezekiel smiled slightly when his brother's face wasn't facing his, "I'll accept your help, as long as you can keep your cool. I'm hoping that I'll have enough time to speak with my son, in case Michael manages to kill us all."

The sparks continued to flash, around his entire hand this time.
'Your chances of success are greater, because the outcome you seek is far simpler. Alas, I no longer feel the need to converse with you further.'

Dageroth looked to the esper, "What I seek, is for heaven, hell, earth, and all the other realms to be destabilized. I want anarchy, and that's exactly what I have the means to get."

Amalia chuckled as she walked into the room, and raised her brow. "I'm sure I'll have it figured out in a few days or so." She joked, as she looked around. "I assume that is the stack of tests you haven't graded yet." She pointed to the stack of papers taller than her.

Shrike shrugged, "I'm just gonna tell em that they all got B's. A grade shouldn't matter, the learning they experience should. I'll probably start a bonfire at the end of the term with all the papers." Shrike threw off his coat and shirt, then looked at his chest, which was riddled in scars from when he used his reactive armor. There was a fresh one near his sternum, and it was red and pulsating. He rubbed the scar with his thumb, motioning it in a circular fashion to lessen the pain.

The energy began crackling all across his form.
'Still, only a child.'
The flow of energy accelerated, great arcs of lightning striking the ground from his body. This continued for a few seconds, until the area exploded, and Kaiden vanished.

Spectre shook his head, and returned to his comrades, "This should be an interesting decade, for sure."

Amalia looked at the fresh 'scar' on Shirke's chest. "That's from the fight you and I had; isn't it?" She asked, as she turned around, facing Shirke and folding her arms. "Does that happen every time?" She asked.
