Occidio placed a hand on one chain, and from it, he felt two heart beats. "No.....that can't be.....there's only suppose to be one........" He ran ahead at a faster pace now.

Weiss's jaw shook from being near the women in front of him. Her skin was a dark, tan, her eyes silvery, yet gold as well, her hair, was long, sleek, and pitch black. She wore naught but a single piece of cloth wrapped around her body. She was around six and half feet tall, an imposing woman at most times, but right now, Weiss couldn't control his anger for what was done to her. She was crucified practically, pinned to an icy tree, with numerous blades, and several chains ran through her body, holding her there, forcing her to stay, to free her, one would have to free Lucifer himself from hell at this time. Despite her incredible power, she could do nothing. Weiss placed a hand on the woman's shoulder, "Minerva....your child will be here soon......."

Opening her eyes for the first time in centuries, Minerva could only smile.

He shook his head as if to clear it.
"I find myself thinking coldly... as though lives, souls, are worth nothing to me. I'm becoming a prince of hell in every sense, a cold-hearted demon with no idea about things... but..."
He looked down at Chastity and smiled warmly.
"There is... one very very potent solution, but... I fear the price too great for me to pay..."

Occidio stops near where Weiss is, and upon seeing Minerva, his mother chained like that, he screams in anger, yelling so loudly, and ferociously, that all of hell could hear him if they wanted to.

He began to run towards the sound, taking her hand, pulling her with him.
"I'll tell you later..."

Before long they'd caught up to the others, and Mawthrough winced both from Occidio's screaming and the sight of the woman pinned to the tree.
"Ye-ow-ow-ow... So how we getting her out, because this is not something anyone wants to see for a minute longer, I think that's unanimous..."

Occidio was breathing heavily at this time, his body circulating with anger. "Had she been sealed....had she been held by something else.....I could have.....I could have freed her....but......those chains..........."

He growled and looked at Occidio, feeling some of his own anger build at this travesty.
"Then what. Do. We do?"

Occidio turned, tears streaming from his eyes, his voice cracked, "Those chains, are connected to Lucifer.........there are hundreds running through her body......I would have to break them all to free her........"

Minerva looked upon her child Occidio, as blood streamed from her eyes, tears of blood. She had a smile on her face, as she dislodged her arm from the blade that held out, and reached out enough to place her hand gently upon Occidio's cheek, "Do not cry my child....please do not......it break my heart to see you in tears............." Her shredded arm healed instantly, though it was still bound on the inside with chains.

On occasion, empathy was a bitch.
He was getting VERY upset with Occidio's anger and sadness, and was shaking with his own anger.
"Then how about we break every single one then? If that's what it takes, that's what we do, right?

Occidio was on the verge of complying when his mother reached out to him, the same way she did when he was but a child in hell. He dried his tears, and looked at her, his blade dropping to the ground.

Minerva looked over to Mawthough and Chastity, wanting to speak with them as well, "You don't to break these chains.....for if you did.......Lucifer could go free from hell.....he'd no longer need the demons....nor the fallen.....he wouldn't need anything, he'd have all he needed to rule the human world, the heavens and hell.........you mustn't free me.....as long as I am chained.......all three worlds are safe from his full rule............"

He scowled, then looked away, trying to hide his anger.
"Well, Occidio came to get you out, and I doubt he's going to stop now..."

Occidio looked up, then reached down and grabbed his blade before shouting, "LUCIFER!!!!!!!!!!" And running off faster than their eyes could detect, his body surging with power he had kept hidden for the longest time. He was too far away to detect at the moment, far out of sight, or senses.

Minerva looked upon her son in dismay as he ran for Lucifer, then back at Mawthough and Chastity, speaking calmly, "I'm sorry if Occidio may have caused you trouble in the past.....but please....stop him from making a mistake he'll regret.....don't let him loose his life over me.....its a mothers duty to suffer in place of their child..........he shouldn't suffer for me..........."

He met the eyes of Minerva and spoke calmly.
"And it is a son's duty, ma'am, to protect his mother. At any cost."
And with that his wings sprouted, he took Chastity in his arms and they hurtled after Occidio at top speed, praying they'd catch up in time...

Occidio made his way through a series of dark, icy tunnels at a rapid pace, leaving a path of blood, blood that came from his body. He wasn't thinking straight, wasn't heeding his own warnings. It took him twenty miles of tunnels to finally arrive at what appeared to be an overlook, one that looked two hundred feet down, upon a chamber of ice and chains, hundreds upon hundreds of chains, all of them holding onto one being below. He breathed heavily, anger, filling his body.

He followed the path of blood at top speed, but Occidio was fast and not thinking straight. It was entirely conceivable that Occidio was simply going to rugby tackle Lucifer.
And he was fine with that.
"Occidio!" he shouted as they flew.
"Either think about this or wait for us, either is good!"

Below, wrapped in a blanket of chains, with all but his head covered, was a young man, similar in appearance to Occidio, though one of his eyes was red with a yellow pupil, and half of his face, had a sort of an illusionary bit of flame on it. Despite preconceptions, Lucifer had a pure, innocent presence, even as he sat covered in chains. Looking up at Occidio, he smiled.

Seeing that simple action caused Occidio to snap fully. He jumped and flew straight toward Lucifer, his blade ready in his hand. He was so consumed by rage, that he missed the blade sitting only ten feet from Lucifer, Caelestis' blade.

Lucifer spoke in an ever so sweet, and light tone. "Occidio, my dear friend, if you wanted to die, you should have simply asked......" With the movement of his arm, numerous bladed chains shot out of the wall and headed toward the hybrid.
