As Cereza ran, she managed to get a head of Kye, driven only by the thought that her brother may be bleeding to death.
As she burst through the clearing, she saw her brother. He was much larger than Cereza was, and had jet black fur. He was on the ground, and unconscious...a pool of blood had formed around his waist. Cereza ran to his side, and placed her hands on his abdomen.
"No." Cereza whispered.
"Cer...Cereza..." her brother spoke weakly. "Is that you?..." he asked at length.
"Save your strength." Cereza ordered. "We'll get you home."

Kye quickly ran to her brother, and picked him up as Reap transported all of them back to the tribe, right in front of Cereza's mother.

Cys gasped, as her daughter, Kye, and another arrived, carrying her second born son. "Tamlen?!" Cys gasped, as she touched his face. "Is he?" She looked at Cereza.
Cereza shook her head. "No...but we should take care of him."
Cys motioned for the group to enter her house. "Take him inside." She instructed.

"so then what does that mean for us. what should we do?"


chastity sat quietly as the two talked back and forth, she placed a hand on maws and gave him a smile, and continued listening

Kye rushed into the home with Cereza's brother in his arms.

Grey held her close, "We have to be extra careful.......hopefully Genesis won't attack for now.....hopefully.....he'll stay away for the time being.......hopefully........."

Cereza rushed a head of Kye, and opened the door to the room that her mother used to treat injuries.
"Lay him down on the bed there." Cys instructed, as she walked over to where she kept the medical supplies.

Kye set him down, and stepped back a moment later.

Cys walked up to Kye, and handed him a bunch of bandages. "Can you apply pressure to the wound?" She asked.

Kye quickly tried to wrap the wounds, but found himself a bit out of his class of skill here, so Reap pushed past his brother, "Here, I'll do it...." He took the bandages and wrapped the wound rather quickly, applying pressure when needed as well.

Cys nodded her head slightly to Reap. "Thank you." She said. "I'm afraid I don't have the strength I once had to wrap wounds."

Cereza walked over to Kye, and placed her hand on his shoulder, still with a worried expression on her face. "Who did this to Tamlen?" She asked...more thoughtfully than literally.

Kye shrugged, "He was wounded when we arrived."

Reap simply stated, "I've had to wrap many of my wounds while alone in the field of battle.....so I understand the dire need to take care of them......"

Cys looked at Cereza. "We'll ask him when he wakes." She said to her daughter. "But for now, I think he should rest."

Cereza turned and looked at her mother. She nodded her head, and walked out of the room, with her ears drooping slightly.

"My child, when you are Alpha, you should never show outwardly your worry." Cys instructed. "Challengers could use that against you."

Cereza turned and looked at her mother, as her ears perked up. "I'll keep that in mind." She said.

Kye made a fist with his hand, "It doesn't matter if they see weakness in us.......our strengths outway those weaknesses......but I understand too........"

Cys looked at Kye. "I know it should not be that way...but for new Alpha's it is that way." She sighed softly. "We should let Tamlen rest, I'll check on him later. As for you too," she paused, and looked at both Kye, and then Cereza; "go and enjoy this day...tomorrow will be busy."

Reap turned to walk away, "I should be going, reapers and hounds of any kind, even wolves, have never got along for long....goodbye......." He vanished into the darkness.

Kye walked up behind Cereza and held her close, "Wanna check out our new home?"

Cys walked out of the room and closed the door. "Ah-ha." She said to the pair. "Not until I've decorated it." She told them.

Cereza welcomed Kye's embrace, smiling warmly. "I guess we can't do that yet." She whispered.

Cys chuckled softly, as she placed her hand on Kye's shoulder. "Why don't you personally invite your family to the declaration tomorrow?" She suggested. "Then you can check out your new home when you get back." She added. "I should be done by the end of the day."

Kye smiled, "That would nice, so Cereza, would you like to meet my mother?"

Cereza turned around, still in Kye's arms, and pressed her nose against his. "I would love to meet your mother." She replied.

Kye rose a finger, "Are you sure, she always hugs her children when they return, she is physically stronger than I will ever be....."

Cereza nodded her head. "I'm sure." She replied. "I want to meet your mother." She said again, with a smile on her face.

Kye cut a flame portal with his hand, and took her through it, only to land in the grass of the Silver Plains, the family home, restored again. Looking around, Kye felt just as at home as he was with the tribe.

Cereza's ears twitched. "I don't know if I'll ever get used to travelling like that." She said, with a soft smile on her face.

The door to a large building opened up, and a very tall woman, with the face of a goddess, and a body to match walked outside, wearing a long, white dress. She had golden hair and eyes, and had ancient power that matched Pyro's. She quickly ran to her son, towering over him, picked him up, and hugged him. Kye's face almost went blue. "Alright mom, could you stop strangling me in front of my.....mate......" Serriola set her child down, then looked upon Cereza for a moment with a frown.

A moment later, she smiled, "Aww, you both make such a cute couple."

Cereza's ears perked forward, as she smiled warmly. "I'm so glad to meet you."

Kye smiled warmly as the two conversed.

Serriola reached her hand forward, and placed it upon the girl's head, her hand very gentle. "So my son has found love, I'm very glad, especially when he has such a lovely mate." She smiled.
