fay giggled from his kissing her neck
"arent we being a bit brave... but i like it"

fay was enjoying the kisses until the were interrupted she sat up
"whats going on, why do we need to go the upper deck ?"

He begrudgingly stood up,
"we can finish this later"
He smiled

Oot post button finally loaded

fay got up
"okay okay were going"
she shook her head as she headed out to the upper deck

Stake was dutifully standing at the helm, despite the fact there was a colossal cyclone bearing down on them.
"Arthur? What am I doing?"

Arthur hurried them along to the deck, then tossed Stake one of the stones.
"Put that in your pocket."

Stake obeyed. At which point the cyclone picked the ship out of the water as though it weighed nothing.

As the vessel whirled in the maelstrom, Stake shouted to be heard as the vessel climbed higher and higher, shaking madly as it started to come apart.

"ARTHUR! WHAT AM I DOING!?"

Arthur struggled to turn to the others, the wind pressure now so intense they were all struggling to stand.
"Grab onto me, both of you! Otherwise we're dead!"

Arthur's arms extended and wrapped around Patience and Flint, rooting himself to the floor at the same time.

Stake was still alone at the head of the ship which was now starting to twist itself apart...
"NOW WHAT?!"

Arthur bellowed back.
"STAKE, THROW THE SHIP!"

"WWHHAAATT!?!?"

"THROW. THE SHIP! THROW, THE SHIP! YOU'RE STRONG ENOUGH, COME ON! WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE IF YOU DON'T! THEY'LL DIE, YOUR FRIENDS!"

That pushed the "serious" button inside Stake, and he promptly jumped back off the ship, grabbed the figurehead, and hurled the entire ship like he was tossing a hammer.

It flew out of the cyclone and soared through the sky, leaving Stake behind in the maelstrom...

The port of Soul came into view -

SPPLAASSSHHH!!

Fishermen stared in amazement as a damaged ship simply dropped out of the sky and landed in the port.
"I've been drinking too much..." one of them muttered...

Arthur waited until the world had stopped spinning, then untangled himself from the others.
"Are... you... are you both alright?" he managed, sounding very very tired...

fay nodded
"yeah im fine just a bit dizzy is all.. but what about stake?"

Stake was plummeting through the sky when the stone in his back pocket suddenly glowed, and then he was landing on top of a cart of hay in the port.

Arthur pocketed his stone, breathing a sigh of relief.
"That answer your question?"

fay nodded
"yeah i guess it does"

Stake dismounted the cart, shaking straw out of cracks in his body caused by the strain of throwing the ship.

Arthur tied up the boat, and paid a stunned dock master for the parking space.
"Well, I still don't know why we're here. I just got caught up in all the excitement."

fay looked at flint
"so where do we go from here then ?"

Arthur shrugged.
"Well, I need to fix my ship, so I've got something to do..."

Stake had wandered off, distracted by the empty cartloads that needed pulling...

fay thought for a moment
"well maybe we can do a little bit of shopping while we are here"

well as long as i can find something thats all that matters"
she smiled
"shall we get going"

she placed her hand in his
"do you know where to find a shop?"
