He led them to a nearby house that was very oddly shaped, like a pentagram, and it was made of stone. He opened the door and waited for them to go inside.
"My lab... and Stake's birthplace."

Flint walked in and began to look around,
"Interesting... home..."

fay walked with them quietly until the reached the house, she walked inside and looked around then looked back at arthur
"even if it was for science, its the simple fact you spied"
she looked around
"so your the one who created stake?"

He chuckled, as Stake seemed to stare around the house in a trance, lost in memory.

"It's just a laboratory. Some bedrooms, in case you wish to engage in frivolous borderline foreplay or maybe just give in to your attractions that are so evident to me and have intercourse or whatever you do with each other," he said dismissively.

"And no, Stake bears the same creator as me. Dead now, poor man, built me as an intellectual companion while Stake did all the work. That answer your question?"

Stake was staring at a table, eyes wide.
He touched it with a trembling finger.
"I...I was... put together... here..."

Flint began to speak, looked at Fay then back at Arthur and stopped, he was blushing slightly

fay stood there with her mouth gaping open shocked at what he just said. she looked over at flint and blushed then back at arthur
"i cant believe you just said all that you have some nerve"

He didn't even look apologetic in the slightest.

"Please... it's simple biology. The man of your affections is probably thinking about it right now. You yourself are certainly not displaying revulsion - nay, you are blushing, same as him, a biological reaction that denotes a certain level of truth to my words. You yourself, again in accordance with your nature - you've thought about it with him, haven't you? So has he with you - don't be ashamed, it's human. And from the way you both were treating each other during my observations, it's clear that, in truth, neither of you would object to such a thing in the slightest were you both naked and alone in a room together, possibly with some romantic music or whatever."

He smiled kindly. "It's a natural biological urge to reproduce. I've researched it - apparently it's pleasurable. It would definitely be an interesting thing to observe and take notes on... but somehow I'll restrain myself. Alternatively, you could simply fondle each other or other "innocent" activity..."

Flint thought for a moment,
"But the only reason any of that happened was because we had to share a bed... None was intended..",
he then muttered almost silently under his breath,
"Even if I did enjoy it"

fay just remained silent for a few moments
"so you like to observe do you?"
she looked up at flint
"well observe this"
she walked over to flint and kissed him

Flint was taken by surprise, he kissed back without even thinking about it

He clapped his hands in smug approval.
"Introduce a random intimate situation, the male has no time to control his true emotional reaction and lo and behold - complete and total honesty from him. If you kept this up, it would compel him to move further. Hmm... if you were to appear before him naked, his reaction would indeed be most fascinating..."

He watched them kiss, completely indifferent to the passion, focused on the behavior.
"You would very much like to mate with this woman, wouldn't you sir?"

Flint broke from the kiss and looked at Arthur almost speechless,
"You can't just ask a person that!",
he blushed even more

fay stepped back from flint and looked up at arthur
"is that enough observation for you?"
she looked at flint seeing his reaction
"is what he said true?"

Flint looked back at Fay,
"I erm... Well...",
he paused

Yours so close... don't screw this up now!

"Maybe...",
he spoke quietly...

He rolled his eyes.
"Let me translate, reading his body language. He would very much like to mate with you, only his socially-imposed restrictions and natural shy disposition insist upon him camouflaging his intentions until he is certain of reciprocation."

He sighed, walked forwards, took Fay's arm and firmly moved her hand until it firmly rested on Flint's crotch.
"There. This should make his reactions much more observable... You should be able to physically feel his attraction to you, and I'm not talking about romance..."

as he approached her and grabbed her arm
"what are you doing?"
when he placed her hand there her face turned beat read and she quickly removed her hand
"what did you do that for?"
she looked at flint and her face got even redder

Flint took a step back,
"Erm... I think it is time I went to bed... Where is the bedroom"

He gave a satisfied smirk.
"Another test, if you will. And you both passed. Or failed, depending on perspective..."
He pointed. "Door on the right, through there. Oh, and don't leave anything on the sheets, if you're going to do that after that little... stimulation... come out here and get a cup, I could use a sample for some life-giving experiments, if you would be so kind."

Flint shook his head and walked into the room, closing the door after him
"...no...just... just no",
He jumped onto the bed without changing and stared at the ceiling.

What did I tell ya? Don't screw it up! and what did I do? I screwed it up!

fay crossed her arms glaring at arthur
"now look what you did, you chased him off, i cant believe you just that"
she looked in the direction flint went then back at arthur and shook her head
"and where is the room i will be staying in? "

He simply smiled a knowing smile.
"Well, I assumed you'd want to stay with him. There's a room next door if you're too clouded by social inhibitions to share again. If I was a betting man, I'd bet he's lying in there, fighting his true desires with flawed reasoning. Lamenting himself for messing up in order to not think about how he can rectify that mistake even though that's exactly what he WANTS to do..."

He sighed. "Must be a human thing - although he did admit to wanting to mate, that's something..."

"well considering what you just put us through i think its best we dont sleep together, you just made things rather awkward for us now and i doubt he would want me in the room with him now"

Flint stared at the ceiling for quite some time before falling asleep. It just wasn't the same sleeping alone after the previous nights. Even if it was awkward he didn't care but he slowly drifted to sleep all the same.

His smile simply grew wider.
"My dear lady, he's probably helplessly fantasizing about you right now... either that or asleep, and then he's probably dreaming about you... I think you people find that romantic or something..."

He shrugged. "And awkwardness leads to understanding, acceptance, then acting on that acceptance. It's simply scientific."

"my name is fay, and you sure do have a lot of knowledge on this now dont you?"
she looked around
"well off the topic, do you have anything to eat, i will decide where i sleep later"
