It was only a matter of weeks before Zaila was able to move around freely upon her ankle. Though she had some weakness after the casting was removed, her father's physician was certain everything would be back to normal in no time.

Peter could see Sionamere in the distance, starting to go faster. Knowing he has to sell this stuff today or he won't have enough to eat tonight.

Tyrcestus nodded, a fierce scowl on his face.
"I've had it here. Had it with everyone. People I can't help because of their ignorance."
Then he sagged, and sat back on the desk.
"Who am I kidding? I'm useless, I can't save anyone. I couldn't even save my parents. I just look after myself."
He shook his head.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get angry like that."

Sean heard something come from some barrels as he was settling into the shadows.
"your right about that, but it's nice to see that I wasn't alone."

then he heard the men getting closer as they checked each capartment.


"I don't think there would be any passengers in this part, so why bother..."

"orders ar orders, no matter how pointless they be at the time. we're almost to port thats whas behind the order... he said stowaways as well, so he wants any to be found...." there where loud thumps as the group of three men aprotched.
"might as well start getin the cargo ready."

Zaila walked through the marketplace with two of her attendants with her. She wore a pale yellow gown made of the finest silk her father could find, and her long light red hair was pulled off her shoulders, and curled. As she walked through the marketplace, she caught the sight of Beelzenef. She turned slightly, and walked towards him.
"Have you grown accustomed to your new home?" Zaila asked Beelzenef.

Zaila smiled warmly, as her attendants stood behind her and waited for her. "I am well." She replied. "I still have a bit of recuperating left, but I no longer have to wear a cast." She turned to her attendants. "You may go back to the estate." She instructed.
The attendants bowed their heads, turned, and headed back to the estate, as Zaila turned back to Beelzenef.
"Have you struck a trade agreement with any silver smiths?" Zaila asked.

Zaila unfolded her arms, still smiling, as she said: "That would be nice." She giggled slightly in retort to the mushroom exclusion.

Zaila looked from the small goblin, then to Beelzenef. "What's wrong?" She asked him.

Peter walking out of a butcher shop where he had just sold the bears meat for what he could get out of it. Hanging onto the fur he thought it would be better to make a cloak out of it then to sell it. Returning to his cart he placed the fur in it and headed into a bakery.

Zaila nodded her head. "Let me know if you need any assistance." She said, as she spotted one of her father's assistants walking towards her with a stern expression. "It would appear I have a bit of work to do myself." She commented.

"I've been here the whole time, hiding and sneaking around on this jouurny. But Don't worry, as long as your with me, you'll be safe."
Sean lowed his hood as he came behind the barrels.
"that is, if they do find us. I've just been putting them to the test so far. I'm Sean by the way, whats your name?"

One pair of bootsteps got closer as one of the men came closer to them.
"you'd think we would have found any stowaways by now... or anyone else."

Artemis yelled from the other side as he was starting to untie cargo.
"Oi! whats takin' so long down there! and those barrels are the first thing to be unloaded!"

Turning to see who had poked him as the red haired girl got done speaking "I would not know if I did or not I just came into town less then a week ago, I had run out of money the day before yesterday. I had not eaten since then. So I went on a hunt to pay for my meal and a bed tonight, I don't know if that answers your question or not but I got them about a half a day walk from here." He said in a calm tone.

Zaila nodded her head, and walked towards her father's assistant.
"I've been looking for you." Her father's assistant said when he caught up with Zaila.
"I suspected as much." Zaila retorted. "What do you need?" She asked.
"It's not what I need, it's what your father needs." He replied.
"Meaning?" Zaila raised her brow, and folded her arms.
"He wants to see you right away." He replied.
Zaila sighed softly, as she unfolded her arms. "Alright then." She said, as she walked passed her father's assistant.

Tyrcestus looked at her.
"I'd love to travel with you."
He stood up to his full height, looking as if he was having an epiphany.
"I'll get all my stuff together, say goodbye to my master tonight, then we'll go. I know a wood lodge not far from here - I delivered there once. We can make our next move there."
He looked at her, excited.
"Sound good?"

Zaila walked into the estate's main house, seeing her father standing at the top of the stairs waiting for her. "I must say, I did not expect an alliance with the goblins to go over as well as it has." He commented, as he walked down the stairs. "Even the people, though skeptical, have accepted their presence with no retaliation."
"You have a point in here somewhere, don't you?" Zaila said, as she folded her arms. Like any other man, she knew the driving force behind everything her father did....to increase the wealth of his hold, so that he can improve the lives of his people...or so it would seem. In reality, the driving force behind all of her father's choices was to find, not only a suitable match for his only child...but to ensure her safety well after her head.
"In truth, I never expected this agreement with the goblins to last as long as it has, nor expected that they would adhere to it." Zaila's father continued. "Nor did I expect that my own daughter would show such compassion to creatures whom not only killed your bodyguard, but shattered your ankle-"
"Father, you're rambling." Zaila pointed out.
"Sorry, dear." He said, as he stood at the bottom of the stairs. "I have news for you." He said with a smile on his face. "We are to be entertaining the Lord and Lady of a hold very close to ours....right next to ours to be exact-"
"And you plan to strike up an agreement for me to marry their son...of whatever birth?" Zaila interrupted her father. "Really father, you're so transparent." She pointed out as she unfolded her arms, and began to walk up the stairs. "Why don't you save us both the trouble, and yourself the disappointment, that no one is going to marry someone like me." She added.
