Ella started walking following behind Aizenguard
"So you said this would take us a few days to get to..."
she grew silent for a moment knowing that possibilities of his home town being there was slim to non
"How long have you been away?"
She had concern in her eyes

"Well since I don't know exactly where we are at the moment so it could take a few days to get there." Aizengard said.
"As for how long.... I think I was gone for... 3 days before I ran into your group? Why do you ask?"

"This might turn out to be a long trip. What to do, what to do..."

Elyan thought this to himself as the group was walking along. To ease his growing boredom, he decides to strike up a conversation with someone who didn't look particularly busy. He approached (insert description of what Zenith looks like here, lolz) more or less at random.

"So, what's your story? Name's Elyan, by the way, miss..."

He tilted his head slightly as if he just realized something.

"...Actually, I'm not sure if I caught your name."

Ella shook her head
"No particular reason just wondering how long we have to prepare our attack on the king"
she looked around at the tree tops
"We just have to keep our guard up just in case"

Aizengard stopped walking with a serious look on his face.
"You don't think it's still there don't you?" He said breaking his normal carefree tone. "As much as I hate to say it your probably right. I just need to see it with my own eyes first. And if it is gone I need to see if my daughter is safe."

Ella sighed then looked down
"I hate to say it but the possibilities of the town being there is very little, ive seen towns destroyed in the blink of an eye"
She looked up at him
"But since its only been three days there could be a possibility its still there"



someone was running through the woods breathing heavily, something was following..or so she though she had been running the opposite direction from her home for nearly a day and a half not knowing where she was going but all she knew was she had to get away ....

Zenith smiled politely.
"My name is Zenith, though I'm open to nicknames." she answered, wringing out her hair. "My story is a bit long, but I'll tell it if you have the time."

"Could be. Could not be. Don't really know until we get there." He said and started walking again.

Elyan chuckled a little.

"I'm not as...talented at giving out nicknames as some people we know, so let's just stick with "Zenith" for now."

He folded his arms and turned his head towards her to pay closer attention.

"We've got plenty of time before we get anywhere close to where we're heading. Go for it."

"I guess we will soon find out"
Ella continued walking until she heard branches cracking before she could say anything.....


She continued running as fast as she could she was completely out of breath and she wasn't paying attention to her footing. Her foot caught on a raised root and she tumbled landing on top of Aizenguard. She lifted her head up and realized she had landed on a person, her hair covering her face and without looking up she panicked
"I-I'm sorry..Please don't hurt me"
She moved her arms in front of to guard herself from being hit..

Zenith, uncharacteristically unaware of the events at the front, took a deep breath.
"Well, I was adopted by my home village. I never had a singular parent. I was found in a basket left on the road. Nobody had time to take care of me alone, so I ended up going from home to home." She smiled as she remembered the people who surrounded her. "They certainly are a superstitious bunch. Evil witches slain by a hero. They love that tale. Well, so did I. While reading, I found a copy yellowing at the back of the archives we have there. I opened it out of curiosity and found a map which led me to the three witches's tomes and the warrior's blade, Bloodbreath. I already took sword training, but the only magic-user not banished was our cleric and my best friend, Asche. He showed me the basics but refused to teach me how to utilize its destructive potential. He hated the loss of life. Well, my village was attacked the other day by the King's men, and everyone saw me be their witch. I was kicked out and I disappointed Asche. I can't be angry at them. I can only hope they're still alive." She turned and tried to brighten up. "Sorry to be such a stick. Tell me about yourself."

"Well...that is quite a story, after all. Hmm. After hearing something like that, I guess it is only fair that I tell you my story, too."

Elyan let out a small sigh and collected his thoughts. He then started to recall what had happened over the years, oblivious to what was happening at the front of the group he was with.

"It all started a long time ago. I was just a regular kid living in the countryside with my family...or at least, I thought I was normal. We were just going about our day when the king's men-- although, I'm not even sure if he was the king yet or not-- attacked our village. They killed everyone they saw. All of my family...all of my friends...everyone, it was all the same to them. They wanted resources, they saw us as obstacles. I would've died too, except that was the day when I found out that I wasn't normal. When I saw those men who had just killed my parents turn their swords towards me, something woke up inside of me. Next thing I knew, they were knocked out after being thrown against the wall. So, I ran. I ran until I collapsed, thinking that I would die if I didn't.

That's when he found me. My adoptive father Jurgen found me passed out on the road from exhaustion and took me back to his village. He told me that he "sensed someone with the gift" when he was out on an errand and that's how he knew where I was. He told me that he and everyone else in the village were just like me, people born with "the gift" or in other words, Psionic powers. From that day on, I lived peacefully in that village, building a new life and learning how to use and control my powers. Although, as my father constantly likes to remind me, nobody can ever fully control it. Eventually I decided that I wasn't content to let the rest of the world suffer while I was nice and safe. So, one long and very strange journey later, here I am."

He then averted his gaze, afraid that he might have rambled for too long.

"But...that was probably more than you ever wanted to know. So, uh, sorry to dump all of that on you."

Jericho couldn't resist but to have a smirk clearly plastered onto his face. Simply put, He was stoic, he was relatively annoyed by the king summoning him without warning, notice, or any reasonable suspicion. He looked up towards the throne of the king, as anxious and unafraid of death as ever. His smile, protruded larger purposely to annoy the king.

"I don't give a shit whether you authorize me to do or not to do what I want. You can contain me, and believe me you have. Otherwise, I would be out on a murder spree right now. Basically, I am going to do whatever I want, and can. Within reason. If you have a problem with it, learn to accept it. If not, Than good. And dont bother me with such petty confrontation.

Jericho was already prepared to make his departure, however he would have to wait for the king to bark out his royal order, to completely ignore and go about his business like he usually would.

"Yeah, You could say a nightmare, unfortunately it isn't. Unfortunately when I sleep I sometimes here familiar voices in my head, They're not kind, they prey on my primitive instincts, and persuade me to do their bidding. I wish I was making such a thing up. However it is entirely true. I haven't no choice sometimes."

It was a weak defense but is all he head. A guard came by and pounded on the cell door with a baton, calling them over to the door the guard yelled. "LUNCH TIME!" and threw in 4 pieces of bread.

Aizengard got up and brushed the dirt off of him, his gaze not meeting hers.
No, no miss. No need to say your sorry. As long as it was someone like you I'll count it a blessing." He said smiling. When he looked at the girl he got a puzzled look on his face. "Wait... I know you." he said. "Cora!?"

He smiled and hugged her back.
"The job I was on went a little sour and I ran into these guys. We were just on our way to see how everyone in the village were doing. I think I should be asking what your doing out here."

A look of fear and worry appeared on Aizengard's face when he heard that.
"What happened? Is everyone alright?" He said. Then his face turned into panic.
"Where's Sara?"

The king smirked.
"You really are arrogant, aren't you?"
He sat back, the smirk only intensifying.
"Seeing as you love dimension-walking so much, let me show you what happens when it is performed by power you can never attain."
A moment later, Jericho felt an unbearable piercing pain in his chest, followed by a hollow emptiness. A moment later, the king opened his hand, and a still-beating heart appeared, suspended in the air by colorful energies above his palm.
"You don't give a shit?"
He squeezed, and it felt like Jericho's chest was going to explode.
"YOU DON'T GIVE A SHIT?"
He squeezed even harder, and the pain was completely absolute, Jericho's veins feeling like they were becoming clogged and his chest feeling like it was caving in...
"Apologize like you mean it, you worm."

"You don't have to justify yourself to me."
He picked up a piece of bread and nibbled on it delicately.
"As stale as ever. I don't eat much, eat the rest. It goes to waste otherwise."

Mathuriel's fist clenched.
"Gods damn it. I... I'm sorry."

Carlyle, gently grabbed the stale bread that was offered to him, and started to eat it, amongst so, he also grabbed his bread, he slowly but surely began to eat the terrible quality of food that was being served. after finishing his food, he raised his shackles to scratch his eyebrow, the chains clanged and made annoying noises.

"I hear these voices, They constantly are telling me to harvest, kill, destroy, pillage. and for the most part I ignore them, But last night, the reason I am covered in blood, is because of me giving in, there is only so much one person can take. killing is becoming more and more of a neccesity. In fact, Friend, If you'd kindly lift up my sleeve. you'll see up to my elbow, I am permantly decaying, as well as scales as skin are coming in. the only way to prevent it, is to constantly harvest. luckily, I got enough to last me just 4 days. If I die, then this glove will find a new host. If I live, than I get lucky. I'm not so much afraid of death anymore. I've been near it for so long it seems like a peaceful thing, and for once, i'd like for me to not take the life, instead I want my life to be taken."

though it seemed like he was crying out for help to the cell mate, he wasn't it was all pure intentions, wants, and needs to Carlyle, it is all he began to know as the voices slowly would pluck away at his sanity. the more he harvests the stronger they get, and the more they will need. not many people can handle the inital lock in from the glove at it's current state. the only reason he is alive is because he allowed it to get to such a state.

"The worst part is, the more I feed, the more strength I give this demon, I don't know what it's called. Sometimes I call it Ragnarok, Tartarus, or Death. But truthfully, I don't know it's name. it never told me. I will allow it to reveal itself when it wants. but my problem is, I need to feed it more and more each and every time I give it more strength, eventually If it keeps going this way, The world will need a new way of population. and If I don't harvest. Then I have to battle off the demon, and that isn't an easy task. My will is strong, But he keeps pushing and battling my will. It is inescaple, none-the-less, to take the glove off, it would rip off my entire arm. It's roots into it's user. so when you die, it dies. Unless someone unlucky enough to pick it up grabs it, and it has died down for years. If you survive putting it on now, than you're lucky. There was only one person that I ever knew who got this glove ripped off, and that was Jericho. I ripped it off myself. He was becoming a monster, a maniac. And just wanted to attain absolute power. I had to absolve him. I hadn't a choice. however, I didn't realize the second I put my hand anywhere near the entrance of the gaunlet it was going to push itself in and lock into me. It chose me, and I don't know why... So my friend, that is why I wish to die. I haven't a reason to live. except for my friends. They need me, As much as I need them. I know after the rebellion we may all split ways. But I will never forget the times I will have with them."

"Pathetic, You're Pathetic. look at you, Shackled up, Locked away like a mouse in a maze, searching for it's cheese. but can never find it to get a taste. I can't believe you've even got into this predicament, as for your death, you will never be allowed EVER to die, so long as I can control it. You may want death, but I want your life. You're worth more than just the harvesting you give us. Your will, determination, and strength is remarkable, your potential will be fully released once you give in."

Carlyle ignored the voice in his head, He refused to believe any of it's statement were true. in his head, the only reply he made to it was "I can't give in, I wont give in. I will fight you, until I cannot fight any longer."

OOT: I'll post something else later. This is what lack of communication can bring. Which is why I talk about these things constantly.

At Cora's words Aizengard let go of her and turned to look at the rest of the group.
"We need to go there now. If no one wants to join me then I'll go alone. I know about your groups grudge against the king but if what Cora says is true..." He stopped for a moment to regain his composure. "I need to go there and see for myself. To see if anyone else is still there."

Ella nodded her head
"I think its best we stick together. With our abilities we have a better chance of survival"
She looked to aizenguard
"We will stick together and head towards your village, then afterwards we will go after the king"


Allora appeared in some random town. she climbed off spirit and proceeded to follow him ignoring the looks she was getting from the people. By now she was used to the random looks she would get when her and spirit would enter a town. Spirit had suddenly stopped and looked towards what looked like a jail. Allora studied the jail
"In there?"
she pointed and spirit gave her a slight nod.
"show me where"
Spirit took off into a sprint into a nearby alley stopping just under a barred window
"I see. well then looks like there isnt much we can do here"
she walked away from the jail. She overheard some villagers talking about two men being hanged the next day.
"interesting"
she walked into a nearby market asking for a pen and paper. on the paper she drew a picture. She thanked the man and handed back his pen before exiting the market. She handed the piece of paper to skye,
"You know what to do"
she smiled as skye took the air and headed towards the jail. She perched herself just inside the window. She was small enough to slip between the bars.She scratched at the frame of the window to get the prisoners attention. Dropping the paper on the ground.



Cora looked at Aizenguard
"Are you sure you want to head back? It might be dangerous."
She looked back in the direction she came with fear in her eyes
"What if they are still there?"

Zenith walked briskly towards Ella and Aizengard.
"I apologize in advance for intruding, but I can't agree with this decision." Zenith broke in. "Aizengard." Her voice was more soothing now. "I know how it feels to not know if your home is there anymore, but we can't stray from our path any more. The decision is hard to make, but the best thing to do is to go to the king. If they're dead, they're dead. If they survived and are enslaved, we have to push forward. This is happening everywhere, to everyone. Every day he sends out more troops. Our journey gets more difficult by the second. The only way to stop everything is to cut off the head of this despair."

Serena went up to Zenith, teary eyed, but fierce. This was out of the ordinary for her to act so confidently.
"How could you?!" she cried. "You would let those people die?!

Zenith flinched at the words. She didn't want to do it, but she knew her decision was right.
"I go by what I said." She saw the terror in Serena's eyes. Zenith hugged her. "I'm sorry, Serena. I never wanted to disappoint you."

Serena didn't return the action.
