fay leaned over flint
"are you sure your ok?"

"Yeah... just fine",
he smiled at her,
"I just need some rest is all"

she stood up
"i think we all need rest "
she hold out her hand to help him up

Flint pulled himself up and took her hand, he stood up slowly,
"Thanks..."

"are you sure your gonna be ok?"
she helps him over to the tent

Flint slumps down in the tent on the blankets,
"Yeah... sure... Not much we can do either way without some way to soothe or heal"

"Well, if you would tell me what needs healing or soothing, I'm certain SCIENCE can help out..."
Arthur was delving in his box.
"Now where does it hurt?"

Flint shuddered,
"I suddenly feel better..."

"Suit yourself," Arthur huffed, closing the box.
"I take it resting now would be a good idea for you, then...?"

"Sure... We can continue on tomorrow.."

"i think we can use a bit of rest"
she sits down on the ground

Flint shifted over to Fay and placed his arm around her,
"You realise this is only going to get harder..."

she nods
"yes i know and we will get stronger as well"

Flint looked down,
"I hope that is the case..."

"we should i dont see why we wouldnt"
she rested her head on his shoulder

He kissed her on the forehead while bring his other arm around to embrace her,
"Ignore me... I'm sure your right..."

she smiled
"its ok to be worried, its natural"

They rested for a few hours

"I think it is about time we head off... we should make some progress before night",
He slowly stood up, the pain was still there but at least manageable now.

Ren gently shook Ella,
"Hey, wake up... Time to eat..."

fay stirred in her sleep, then opened her eyes
"we have to leave already?"
she sat up looking around

ella opened her eyes looking up at ren
"how long was i asleep for?"

Flint nodded,
"We should spend what time we can spare checking that we still have everything, then go"

Ren shook her head,
"Not for too long... But I thought you would like to eat something"

"You should have trusted SCIENCE..." Arthur grumbled...

Back at the port, Stake was wondering whether drowning himself was a good idea when a stir in the town caught his attention.
"Scyion's back!"
"Scyion? The Rock Snake? He's BACK!?"
"He was sighted out in the deserts. Man, I'd sure hate to be anyone out there right now..."

Stake got up, his mind suddenly crystal clear.
"I'm not going to find a meaning by just sitting around... I need to FIND one!"

Then. "Err, excuse me? How big is this snake?"

"Large as a castle, mate! There's no sense trying to fight him!"

Stake looked around the port.
Then he realized what he needed, picked it up, then hurtled at top speed out of the port, not getting tired at all, while the sailors watched in awe...

Flint looked over to Arthur,
"Your science will probably kill me!"

fay got up
"didnt what he give you help any?"

ella nodded
"yes thank you i am a bit hungry"

Flint looked back at Fay and lowered his voice,
"It... tastes... foul..."

Ren smiled and began to walk to the dining room

Arthur huffed.
"Well, sorry if a health potion doesn't taste like strawberry cheesecake! And the effort I put into that concoction - do you have any idea how much goat saliva I had to harvest? Nightmare..."
